It s like pulling teeth to get someone on the phone to make an appointment! Always a voicemail telling you NOT to leave a message in that box and gives you another number to call which is the answering service yet you can t leave a message for someone to call you because they re not allowed to take messages during business hours so you have to sit and call back to back until you get someone on the phone to be left on hold forever! Dr Boone is a really good Dr but this whole mess of a system is not professional at all!

I love dr boone she take her time n very patient with my son who have autism n adhd she help me understand alot she very caring lovely n her staff is also been goin since my son was 3yr wouldnt trade her for nothing in this world she is and amazing doctor

Im reading the comments and I'm amazed at how people can praise a doctor for being thorough but don't have patience. Dr. Boone checks every child head to toe and that takes time. Yes we complain when where waiting but when you get in the back and she comes in and say how is evrybody doing? She always ask the mom's to. You then forget you just spent 4 hours in the lobby lol. Its hard to find a good doctor but when you have half of richmond going you gotta have patience.

Dr. Boone is a great and established practitioner. Very knowledgeable and caring. Members of her staff are unprofessional, uninformed and rude. I would change doctors but Dr. Boone is the best. Maybe she should re-evaluate, retrain or dismiss members of her staff!!! Very dissatisfied with scheduling of appointments and interaction with office staff!!

Great , wonderful , sencerely a caring & thoughtful doctor / woman. Wouldn t want my children to even think about seeing another doctor. #THE BEST PEDIATRICIAN IN RICHMOND

Wonderful Thorough Doctor. The staff has changed a lot over the years but Ms Sharon remains. SHARON AND BOONE are the best. I was a patient as a child and now my children are in her hands, i wouldn't have it any other way. I always choose morning appointments in/out and I arrive early! All question and concerns are answered. When I leave I am satisfied with knowing my children recieved the best care.

Dr.Boone is amazing and I've been seeing her since I was a child. She's very caring about her patients and is very thorough with her checks. The only problem with her office is that it's hard to get someone on the phone, but other than that she's an amazing pediatrician.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE DR. BOONE!!!! She was my pediatrician and now she's my children pediatrician. Dr. Boone loves the children and shows a great concern for the children health and well being. I give my highest recommendation.

Love dr Boone just takes too long to be seen. You wait 1 hour or 2 in the waiting room then another 30 to and hour in the room. That s just unacceptable I m leaning towards changing my kids doctors

My kids went to her, great services so we decided to let my grandchildren go there.unfortunately her staff has gotten unacceptable they don't answer the phone u can't make appointments and u be there for at least 3 to5 hours.

Dr. Boone is a good doctor, however the operation of her office is the down fall of her practice. No one should have to wait over an hour before even being called to the back for a room to be seen by the doctor. Either they have an antiquated appointment scheduling program or don't value their patient's time. You can't be more than 15 minutes late to an appointment before being canceled but you can wait over 70 minutes in the waiting room to be seen!

Only had one apptment here and will not return, the nurse was okay but the office staff is VERY unprofessional, didn't get a visit from the doctor at the end of the apptment and had to ask for an overview of my child's apptment, the thing about it though i have been trying to switch pediatricians (not because of Dr. Boone herself but this overall facility) for my child for months but cant due to this office still not sending over my child's shot records so he can become a new patient at other offices, i keep getting the run around what doctor office doesn't fax or allow the actual parent to pick up records if needed, cant wait to be done with this office this has been more than a hassle and a headache

I came to Dr Boones office for my daughter and I couldn't love her more. She really takes time with her patients and clearly answers all questions. She's very thorough and even her staff is great. The wait might be long but that goes to show she's the best and everyone wants to come see I wouldn't go to anyone else. Aryiah Givens mom.

The services in this office is very unprofessional. They need to hire a full time receptionist ..and more staff, .So the office can run smoothly. The Doctor is good.

The office staff is HORRIBLE! But Dr.Boone is WONDERFUL. My kids have been going here since babies & every time they come we wait over 1 to 2 hours to be seen. The new receptionist which is Dr.Boone sister, IS VERY RUDE & NASTY. She talks to and treat the patients any kind of way! Dr.Boone will NOT do anything about it, instead she says that s her sister . This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!! My kids love their doctor but we will be switching doctors because of the constant disrespect & the wait time, even when you get in the back you still have to wait addition time on top of the time you already waited to be seen! Anything can be wrong with your child & the only person out of the office who cares is Dr.Boone even her nurses don t care neither. The whole office staff is family!! The 2 nurses are mother & daughter!

I would not recommend this doctors office for anybody is very unprofessional, they never answer their phones. we show up on time for our appointments and the doctor is three hours late , my daughter goes and seeing her for one thing and she leaves her office not getting the proper treatment that she needed in the first place . I definitely recommend going to a different and more thorough children s doctor .

I just love her and her staff. She made sure any questions or concerns I had were answered and taken care of. It's a long wait period but it's worth the wait when she does get to your child. She's encouraging to the kids as well and loves to give them books .

She was my pediatrician now she s my daughters <3 highly recommended ^_^

I ve been going there since I was a baby, dr. Boone is one of the BEST doctors in the area but NOBODY ever answers the phone and it takes her an extremely long time to come see you for a checkup which I would believe it s because she types on the computer pretty slow and it s a lot to type out (I would recommend her hiring a nurse to type up her documents for her to get the process going alil faster maybe)
