Outstanding hotel. Not cheap but very special, everything is original and beautiful. Excellent staff (concierge in particular). The terrace bar is a lovely spot to spend some time, overlooking orange trees and horse and carriages. Huge buffet breakfast.

Spectacular hotel I loved excellent to relax, have great affection with the client, the somewhat baroque rooms very loaded with decoration, but they are very large and the beds do not have king level.
It has an indoor and outdoor pool.
The staff's treatment is exquisite, they are friendly and funny.

Beautiful building of this traditional hotel in Seville. I have not got to stay there, but in meetings. It is a kind of museum and Andalusian architecture style in its entirety. It is frequented by emoresarios, intellectuals and is part of what to see in Seville

A category hotel, in the center, next to the avd. Of the construction, where the Giralda of Seville is housed.
But its privileged location does not make it affordable for everyone's "pocket".

Located in the heart of Seville, 5 min away To the Cathedral and the main area. It was built in 1992 for the Iberoamerican exhibition.

The booking is the most complicated. Almost always booked up. Don't be discouraged - Highly recommended!

Stunning building, built to host the great and the good in the 1920s. Fabulous location, very expensive as you would expect. Definitely worth a look inside though.

This is a gorgeous hotel with great staff and wonderful facilities.

Overall poor experience. Hotel has nice bones of a pretty old building, but the room was dirty and, more importantly, the service and attitude of staff is very mixed. Some nice people, but more than one or two with an unacceptably negative unhelpful attitude. The hotel also attempted not to honor its own cancellation policy by refusing to "accept" a cancellation. What does that even mean? Also, through a convoluted and dishonest charade the hotel attempted to dishonor the food and beverage credit offered through the amex fine hotels program. Definitely not worth the money and do not recommend. Will not return.

I stayed at the cafe without staying. These servers awful kind, like a snack I ordered a pineapple juice came out a little olive peanut yirang fries gapnidang rest in a pretty good place to 5 euros.

We had the brunch so famous !! Unfortunately we were disappointed the sushi was made with surimi and with hard rice! When the paella, it was dry and only included rice! When to other entrees, the quality was not better !!

The place is lovely to visit but the food leaves a lot to be desired.

Called in for a drink and to appreciate the beautiful building. In Bar Americano, we asked if we could sit in a certain seat, after a few minutes at least 2 staff told us the area was already reserved, however we could enjoy out drinks here within around 30mins, which was ok.
However it took over 20 minutes for the drinks to arrive.
For a 5* hotel, we found the service quite poor and the staff just buzzed around not really doing anything. A quite sour experience.
