Friendly staff, quality of the food was not up to par to the majestic facade.

The staff was lovely and all however some bathrooms have no ventilation.

A must visit but not necessary spend the night.

I'm against the trend, maybe because I like design architecture, but it didn't particularly hit me. Certainly beautiful, clean, impeccable but with a more museum-like atmosphere than a place to reside even if only for a few days. In addition, I think (but I can't swear) that I was given a lower room than the one booked (it was at least the smallest on the emergency route map hanging behind the front door). In the bathroom a 5-star hotel G.L. can not present me the curtain saves splashes from Brico !!! no quality bath products. Hasty staff.

We had beautiful and wonderful outdoor terrace lunch. The place 5 stars. But the waiters service very slow.
On the other hand, the coffee in the inner patio of the hotel had an unbeatable service.

A very good place to have a coffee and rest from visits to Seville.
The only thing is that we asked, and could not have, an Irish coffee, a shame that in such an emblematic place they serve you something so poorly made.
Well otherwise a very cozy place

Built on the occasion of the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929 by order of King Alfonso XIII. Even today, the distinctive Mudejar architectural style with neatly designed arches, decorative bricks, wrought iron, ornamental towers and fantastic ceramic finishes continue to amaze visitors and consolidate its status as an iconic place. The cafeteria and the various outdoor areas are also open to external customers. Great cocktails. For me it is an obligatory stop whenever I go to Seville.

Absolutely superb 5* Hotel. Amazing restaurant situated in a Courtyard setting with a fountain and a pianist. Never experienced anything like it! Food outstanding. Staff very welcoming even if you do not speak Spanish. Highly recommended.

spacious rooms, outstanding location in a great palace with plenty of history. it is definitely the classiest hotel in Sevilla. Also, important to note that This hotel has gone through a major refurbishment with complete success and perfect attention to detail. All common areas really look nice (attached pics) resembling the alcazares and moorish influence. The rooms are spacious and with plenty of Hermes goodies. The hotel restaurant serves local food as well as some fusion cuisine. A must stay if you are visiting Sevilla.

Located in a quiet but buzzing area of Seville just outside of the centre, the hotel is perfectly situated for visiting the most beautiful parts of town. The rooms and service are impecable. If it's within budget (not a given) the Alfonso XIII is well worth a stay

The Hotel Alfonso XIII, in the Avenida de la Const...

The Hotel Alfonso XIII, in the Avenida de la Constitucion, is part of the history of Seville, although its prices are high, its services are up to par, I went to visit as an interior designer, everything is taken care of to the maximum detail. We agreed to a suit that cost 1,500 euros in low season, the best of this stay the bathroom, the furniture of the other areas are too classic for my taste, but I would not refuse to spend a couple of days in it, with that king size bed. The tower that can be rented for hands-on is very special, without a doubt this service I think is worthwhile. The bar / cocktail bar is open access, ART DECO style renovated in 2012, the prices are high but if you like to enjoy a good coffee for 4.50 you can take a machiatto latte in a quite exclusive place with live music. All the staff that attended us was very friendly.

Perfect treatment in all departments, and impeccable attention of all the staff that has served us. Exquisite food and very friendly waiters. The very large room and hugely comfortable bed. If in exceptional cases 6 stars could be given, 7 would be fair.

This hotel has lost its charm even if it remains emblematic in Seville
ideally located, and high class with attentive staff, a most friendly valet
but can we agree to see:
- insufficient cleanliness in common areas and bedrooms: woolly dust, crumpled papers on the floor for several days
- incomplete restocking of rooms

Went to the American bar for a cocktail and to admire the architecture. It is beautiful and the cocktails are good. Service not as good as I would expect for an establishment like this (difficult to get the attention of a waiter to bring the bill and then to pay). The fact that everything is branded "The Luxury Question" rather than "Hotel Alfonso XIII" is odd. It is a constant reminder you're in part of a global chain rather than a unique hotel.

It is where we usually work making reforms

It is where we usually work making reforms
It is like our home since all the staff are like family
We carry out many restorations and it is a pride since the hotel was built in 1929
