It was the best choice of lodging I've done in Busnos Aires even better than any hotel. I made a lot of friends and the place is an unforgettable moment.

My room was private for my group, but we couldn't stand it at 1am. Lots of dirt, bathtub with hair, all filthy stained sheet.

Nice place, quiet and friendly service. To improve: the beds and the bathroom (at least of the room in which I was) a little old but acceptable. Everything well cleaned at least. The best: the bar that is in the basement, good music, cheap food but drink a little smile ...

They let me stay in the lobby and use the kitchen and bathroom until almost the other day having already finished my stay, and they also kept my luggage.
There were problems with the credit card and they allowed me to enter my room without having credited the payment yet. It was great.

I loved the location, very well located. Hygiene ok, there are cabinets in the room to put things in, there is an outsourced bar in the building, for those who want to socialize. I learned that 2 days a week they offer dinner to guests for free, when buying a drink at the bar. I thought it pays off a lot, when I was there I ate risotto when buying a juice. There's a small kitchen on another floor that I found things a little dirty, like sponge. On the same floor there is a large space with tables and sofas.

Cannot check in without a credit card. Not even with a cash deposit! I've stayed at dozens of hostels around the world and have never had this problem before.

Clean, good service and breakfast is cheap.
You have to leave amount for the towels that are removed at the time of return.

I booked a weeklong stay but then my plans changed and I had to cancel. As per booking conditions, I was supposed to get a full refund. However, they did not initiate refund until I followed up more than 20 days later and followed up with property as well as booking.com

Staff speak Portuguese and are super helpful. Simple rooms, but with air conditioning working and hot shower. Comfortable bed and rooms are cleaned every day for tomorrow.

They took away a pijama of mine together with the bed linen, and it never came back; at the desk, they didn't even apologise, let alone offer a refund. Other than that, a pleasant stay at a very competitive price.

Friendly staff and good location. The room was more or less clean and minimalistic. Heating was not working and the windows don't close properly. But at least we had an extra blanket. Good for one or two days stay of you don't have high needs.

There was no hot water because of a tenporarii problem and they were not able to warn us at check in time.
