Excellent. I would miss a TV especially for double rooms. And one more curtain in the shower so that the bathroom does not get wet. After everything perfect, the best service. The light fixture was loosened in a moment and then they solved it. Highly recommended
The location of the hostel is excellent, very good if it arrives at the terminal of the local bus, given its proximity. The people who work there are very friendly and the cleanliness is very careful. It has its own restaurant that is next door and that at night becomes a bar, where prices are correct and festive atmosphere. It is highly recommended to book well in advance given that its unbeatable location in downtown Buenos Aires is usually complete. A highly recommended option for tourists and with WiFi connection in all rooms.
Very disappointing. Only shower was good. Reasonable coffee. But the dirt was too much. Stinky, filthy, torn sheets. Even a packet of condoms had been in the room. showing that it is not cleaned between each guest. A horror

I had the moment where ALL THE ELEVATORS WORKED BAD, and it would not be a problem in general, but going up to the 7th floor is always tiring, at the exit I had to wait 20 minutes. and at one point two boys were stuck.
my only problem was the reservation, with the excuse that "they had to see if my card had funds" they made the charge for the first night, WITHOUT MY CONSENT. This is solved simply, they call the bank and send me an email so I can confirm them and give them the yes. I avoided the bad time.

They always serve you very well, the rooms and the shared spaces are spacious and beautiful ... and the breakfast is very complete! The only thing for which I put 4 stars and not 5, is because before they rented towels to everyone ... nowadays only to private rooms :(

The attendants are there for work, they are not very interested in making the stay of those who pass by there a nice thing ... I stayed for 6 days and one of them had other guests hitting my room around 12:30 am (probably drunk and they had been wrong the room) but they kept insistently knocking on my door and the front door, even talking to them ... I sent a wpp to the hostel number that even today didn t answer, I had made a complaint personally that they didn t even give us feedback, it was a situation I was scared, because we were 3 girls in the room and a man beating insistently and in the room there is no means of communication with the hostel other than WhatsApp, which did not answer us ... Anyway, I will not be staying again there and I will not recommend it to anyone.
