We bought a house built by them ~ 5 years ago and the house is already exhibiting "blue water syndrome", apparently as a result of copper corrosion. When we contacted them, they insisted the corrosion is "natural", even though 1) the water has opaque blue colors in it and looks like someone dumped blue paint in the pipes, 2) no other house in the area has this problem, and 3) a neutral third party thinks the due to faulty piping during construction. Since they refuse to take responsibility for the issue and fix it, we're stuck with blue gunk in our water despite the house being fairly new -- do yourselves a favor, home buyers, and seek real estate built by someone else.

With LOTS of engagement from us (home buyer) the home is very beautiful. But we are more than a little worried about the quality craftsmanship given what we have discovered only a few days after moving in. Trash all over our front and back yards (spent an hour with my two little boys filling an entire garbage can of trash - see picture) and little things they promised to fix before we moved in are still not fixed. See picture of drainpipe not connected. See picture of drawer that hits adjacent door. We noticed that paint used for trim wasn't correct and we had to go buy correct paint and fix it ourselves. With a little pushing they refunded us for this upgrade we had paid for. I know there are thousands of details involved in building a home - so it's scary when you notice this kind of lack of attention to detail. Particularly when you are paying for what is advertised as a "custom" and "luxury" home.
