Hotel was okay, but if you re wanting the shuttle, it takes forever for them to pick you up at airport. We had to call 3 times. I m okay with delays, but don t lie to us. We didn t have another choice at 10:30 pm, oh wait, make that 11:30 pm!!!!!

Rooms were clean, but it's ready for an update. They had signs up saying that they are going to renovate soon, so that should help. The room size is nice for one person, but more than that, it feels cramped. The staff were very nice. The gym had nice equipment and offered fresh apples, which was a pleasant treat.
Another hotel that tries to save a dollar by cutting the heat off at night with thermostats they control remotely. You will have 2 choices at night, when it's 30 degrees outside, cool and off. It took me an hour to get someone to turn the heat back on in my room. Stay somewhere else! I expected to be comfortable and didn't realize that I had to pay extra to have control of my thermostat!!
No air conditioning in room. Thermostat stuck on only heat system. Called front desk and they said the hotel system can only be set to one or the other( heat or cool) for the entire hotel and right now it is in heat mode. Only help offered was to turn off the thermostat to help cool off the room....my room is currently 75 degrees...
Love this hotel. This is my second time staying! They always update things regularly and it's definitely a chic and classy hotel! Very well maintained very clean. Over all a great place to stay if you're coming to Kansas City Kansas!
Seems it was recently redone. Clean room, friendly staff. The killer was that you could only turn the heat up or off. No cooling in the rooms. The maintenance guy told me they do not provide cooling to the rooms he was delivering fans to rooms all night. Maybe it a seasonal thing but I won't be staying the again any time soon.
Room was clean and comfortable, updated decor, had refrigerator, coffee, lounge chair, quiet environment.. restaurant has great appetizer shrimp and grits
The newly refurbished rooms have barn door style doors for the bathrooms, allowing for no privacy for you or others using it. Terrible design idea. And the charge for parking per week is $50. Which is what it is. But good luck getting someone to pick you up. I had to call a cab to get back to my car.
I was disappointed in this Marriott. Service outside the M-club lounge was poor and definitely not up to normal Marriott standards. I stayed for 20 days, but only received room service about 60% of the time, even after requesting better service. M-club staff were great!
I spent $188 a night for a hotel room. I actually had to pay for wifi and when I got to the room there were no towels. You would think for that price, there would be free wifi, let alone a few towels. The room was nice, but you should get a little more than that for $188 per night.
Kind of a Let Down.....So I had to make a one night trip to Kansas City / Leavenworth and decided to try the Marriott at the Airport. I can't put my finger on it but it just doesn't seem to live up to expectation. Nothing is complementary, not toiletries, not wi-fi, and I think they even charge for parking. The lobby and restaurant seem very nice and high end but the rooms seemed a little worn. Carpet are worn and faded, hallways could use a coat of paint and the room just send smaller than other chains like Hampton Inn. Next time I'm in the area, I will probably look for a Hampton, much better value
Older Marriot property, free Internet, hotel too warm to sleep at night in December, not comfortable. Not even a free cup of coffee in lobby. Not really happy with overall quality of the property.
