The place and the first attention; the prices, too.

Old world style luxury hotel with contemporary style room (our was slightly dated). Absolutely fantastic breakfast buffet. Overall good food. Very nice pool and seaside area.

Lovely hotel ! Stayed there with my boyfriend and we both loved it ! Particularly the private pool in the room is great for some alone time :)

We have known this Hotel only for one morning as a result of going to its Spa to make use of a gift voucher. The place is beautiful, and the attention was magnificent. Our intention was to book for "the best breakfast in the world", but it was impossible because of the high demand. We will try another time. The Spa is small, but very well maintained and maintained, with a great changing room with spacious showers and perfect supply of towels, bathrobe and flip flops. It consists of a pool outside and inside, a Jacuzzi for four people, a shower and two saunas of different types, wet and dry. All full of hammocks and comfortable sunbeds. I reiterate that it is small, but nothing crowded, I guess the reservation system works perfectly and allows you to enjoy the place without crowds, waiting or noise, everything was silence and tranquility. Highly recommended. Our intention is to return to know the hotel as accommodation and the famous breakfast.

We had the best Breakfast Buffet on the terrace.
The staff service with special mention Darwin, Adrian and Alicia are amazing.
They were very friendly and attentive to our needs and to our kids.
The buffet is high class with recently cooked dishes to order.
I highly recommend this breakfast even if you aren t a staying in the hotel.
The staff is very welcoming and the hotel is one heck of a GEM.
Looking forward for our next visit to Maricel!!!

5 Stars for a 5 star place. A little bit of Monegasque in Mallorca.

The Maricel hotel is an elegant structure, surrounded by nature, with large spaces for the spa, fitness, swimming pool area.
Today I was in the spa with my girlfriend I stayed two hours, we drank the prosecco by the pool, with very romantic background music, we tried the sauna, turkish bath, the staff very kind nice and above all professional, in the structure we found everything you need, clean bathrooms in short, I recommend everyone to try this beautiful experience.

We were greeted with great care and kindness. Despite the situation due to the pandemic, the hotel has provided us with an alternative for catering and breakfast which by the way is a treat. We had 4 wonderful days and thank the hospitality and all the staff at the property for our stay and look forward to returning.

Archaic hotel, with rotten wood, the bathroom smelled bad and I was awakened by the cries of some vegetable seller (a chambermaid), many doors slamming. The food was bad, pre-frozen. It looks 5 stars but it is 3.

It is architecturally incredibly beautiful and imposingly built. If you go through the area you will really impressed. The rooms are very nice and spacious. Unfortunately, in some places, one or the other is getting old and should be replaced.
The breakfast takes you right on the water, with a fantastic view, a! However, here is a little too high poker, if this world's best! Breakfast priced. Since the expectations are still much higher and you will be disappointed. Nonetheless, the view here is just terrific.

Due to one or the other not 100% matching things the 4 stars. These are deserved.

The Best Breakfast in the World is spectacular. Very abundant and careful and with surprising textures. Perhaps excess of sweet dishes or accompany the meat with a wine could be points to improve. Excellent location and service.

We went this morning to enjoy the "best breakfast in the world". They received this award several years. It takes about three hours to enjoy it and consists of several dishes, sweet and savory as well as juices and cava. The environment and fantastic attention. I recommend the experience.

Illogical! They have given me a voucher of 100 for spa, massage and breakfast for one person.
I request to change it for two breakfasts price 98 and they do not accept the change.
I do not understand the policy of the company, apart from angering the customer.

EDIT: In the end they changed my voucher and today we had breakfast yesterday, a spectacular and varied breakfast, magnificent views and a sensational deal! Juan Pedro has given us all his attention and knowledge! Very grateful for everything!

Beautiful hotel, relaxing place, friendly staff and outstanding views! Definitely coming back.

We went to the restaurant for a family meal, the product and the preparation were very good, but the waiting time between the main course and dessert was 49 minutes unacceptable for a restaurant of this category, nor for any of them, it broke all the plscer of the meal.

The acceptable Spa, the short and quite improvable massages, and the one that was the best breakfast in the world, for me it was posture breakfast, nice to take photos but not to savor. A breakfast has k throw to sweet not to pretty ...

Very nice! My wife and I went there to make our wedding lunch with our families and the lunch and attention was 10!
We also spent the wedding night, they fixed the schedule so we could enjoy the spa, the breakfast was amazing ...

Although this statement implies very high expectations, once you sit on the fabulous terrace and you are welcomed, you will start a "10 steps" path in which you will be able to perceive countless flavors and textures that will amaze you.
From the detox, antiox and energizing juices from the beginning, to the final chocolate dessert, you will have the opportunity to discover a thousand details in color and flavor.
Dishes with details of Mallorcan cuisine (borrachito de ensaimada or suckling pig with Mallorcan soup sauce) will alternate with others with foie, mango, coconut or pink cava jelly, to surprise you in each "step" of this pleasant path that, although It will take you between an hour and a half and two to go, it will not involve any effort.
Highlight the professionalism, sympathy and explanations transmitted by Ana, the waitress who treated us impeccably.
Also add that the rest of the facilities and services are up to expectations in a hotel of its 5-star category, something that is already perceived from the moment of parking the car and being attended by the reception staff.

A beautiful place, and Maricel breakfast excellent.

Not at all the service of a five star hotel, wouldn t recommend it to anyone. The food was terrible and the waiters didn t know what food they were serving, they didn t know where the wine originated from after recommending it, they didn t clear dirty glasses or plates from the table before serving the next course. Just a terrible experience.

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We took the bonus relax and enjoy spa, massage and food, upon arriving at the spa there was no one at reception, we had to call the hotel reception and still we were waiting 30 minutes. To top it off, the girl who finally came did not speak a word in Spanish and the spa was on par with a 3-star hotel. The restaurant service more of the same, contradictions between waitresses and a good wait. Anyway, I do not understand how a hotel with these characteristics does not take much more care of the customer service and on top of that it allows those responsible to be shunned by a poor fellow who was not guilty of anything.

I went to a professional event and I loved it. Hotel with spectacular views and good facilities. The treatment of the excellent staff and the food of 10.

Good afternoon, we were spending a night (including dinner, breakfast and 2 massages) very disappointed that once seated with my wife for dinner, they tell us that drinks are not included (it is surreal that it is a wedding gift and make us pay more drinks apart .... fault missing communication between those who bought the voucher and the hotel manager) very very ugly detail ....
The next day being in the spa waiting for us to come to look for massages, they tell me that I have to pay 2.20 for the tourist rate ..... incredible that a 5 star hotel does not take into account these ugly details .. .. we will not return

We have repeated the 10-course breakfast for the second time and it leaves much to be desired. Last year the menu was spectacular, we repeated without hesitation but the quality and the new menu leave much to be desired. Nothing to do with last year, it is not worth it. Of course the hotel, its architecture and the views are stunning. The deal to get availability to enjoy breakfast has also been disastrous. A pity

Hotel with charm in first line. Very nice views. The hotel was a mansion with an architectural character that has been converted into a 5-star hotel. The decor is bare for my taste a hotel with this charm you need art on the walls of Majorcan painters would be ideal, together with well-restored antique furniture and the new contemporary decoration would have been ideal for this type of hotel. Its arches, coffered ceilings, etc require art (it made me laugh that there was only a Mallorcan canterano in the dining room without restoring and without handles that to open it, the employees' fingers had to be left behind since inside there was manteleria). Of the rooms I do not think because I'm not staying. The food I liked a lot. So I'll eat again. The correct and friendly service. The Hotel itself is nice to visit and for my opinion eat in its different terraces. I do not give 5 stars for the little concept of not knowing how to fit the decoration in this space. Both in the interior of the rooms and outside on the terraces that face the pool, they are not combined with the house. But for a 5 Star Hotel I was missing quite someting.

The bathroom in the suite was extremely outdated, some things were broken and looked dirty. It seemed some things were quick fixed.
An absolute NO GO!
As well due to only half shades there was no real privacy.
As well there is no door to close/ lock the bathroom really.

The "best breakfast in the world" is not a breakfast but a 10-course tasting menu. VERY GOOD! Of course! Without a doubt the quality of the flavors and the preparation and presentation a 10. However, they sell it for breakfast and they do not serve you a coffee, an orange juice, or any type of pastries ... In the case of If you want any of these extra things you have to pay part of the 50 euros that the experience costs.

On the other hand, the waiters they serve are VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SIMPATIC. An exquisite treatment that we receive from them.

But who wants to have the view directly to the sea with terrace and the sound of the waves would like to fall asleep, only rooms 12, 13,14 and 15 ..... very nice room with free-standing bath ... Breakfast is very praised tense tomorrow morning outdoor pool to the sea unfortunately not heated and closed. Room in the new building a bit nested but certainly nice .....

Unbeatable service very well taken care of. The spa is a bit small. And the half board dinner for our taste we just liked the dessert. Spectacular and comfortable room.

Went there for the summer of 2020, was very impressed with the staff and the view and the general simple luxury of the place. We were vegan so the staff made some extra efforts and went out of their way to accommodate changes to the breakfast. The breakfast staff run an amazing well oiled system at great discomfort to keep up with place of the service. It felt a bit understaffed and we felt sorry them but they were cheerful and cordial nonetheless. The room was nice and the bed was perfect. Twice a day housekeeping to clean up the rooms during and all staff wearing masks at all times. It was a great experience and thanks for hosting us.
