I am very pleased with the ordered table. It perfectly complements the interior and is the heart of our dining room. I ordered my first table from HOOM a few years ago. To this day, it works great, the tabletop still looks like new. I also ordered a stool, and in addition, the kindest Kinga, made a personalized console for me, so that I could add it to the table during larger parties and thus accommodate more guests. Our new table from hoom.co is massive, solid, extremely carefully made. Hoom took care of absolutely every detail !! The table is actually much more beautiful than in the pictures !!! They are very communicative and determined to sell you a product but after you make the first payment they stop answering emails and the client is ignored. I am afraid that I have been scammed. Correspondence with Ms. Kinga impeccable, you can always count on a quick and constructive response as well as invaluable and unselfish advice. If someone writes that contact is difficult, he probably does not open his mailbox regularly.

We would like to warn potential Hoom customers against ordering furniture from this company. This is the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with (and we equipped the entire apartment from the raw state). Months of arguing with the owner about delivering the product on time and in the correct version kept us awake at night. The table was delivered with a significant delay, and when it was already made - it was not in accordance with the contract and had significant defects. The owner set a date for the table to be repaired, then she delivered it again late, which prevented us from organizing Christmas for the family. Eventually, the table arrived in the version ordered. After a few weeks, however, the table top faded and it still looks very unfavorable (Mrs. Kinga suggested that we re-oiling the table top by ourselves), it also has pieces of wood glued on - it is not a uniform piece of wood. To sum up - cooperation with Hoom is a torment - dozens of e-mails mentioned, failure to meet deadlines, product delivered contrary to the contract and the final faded top. The contract we have concluded also contains abusive clauses - it is inconsistent with the letter of the law. My only regret is that in order to finish the flat as soon as possible, I signed it without consulting a lawyer.

Poor company. The table is already a few days: Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday at last. Well, let's see what tomorrow will come. The proprietress proposes to record during the conversation because on the phone he promises literally everything. As a result, it turns out that the table will need to be brought in by yourself (as it gets). After all, the coolest thing was to get along with it. The woman was convinced that the table should be at the end of December until she got a copy of her e-mail and said: "oh, it's good how he was supposed to be at the end of November." I am waiting impatiently for what will come tomorrow for these several thousand.

As a Socioman, we bought as many as 3 tables for our training rooms at HOOM. They are the heart of training and emphasize the industrial style of the interior. It is also worth mentioning customer service, which has extensive knowledge and is able to advise the best solution and how to care for wood :) Everyone who enters our training room is impressed by our tables.
