Worst customer service I've ever had. Rude and unhelpful receptionists. We've moved recently to the area and honestly in comparison to our old doctors these staff are absolutely awful. We've visited 3 times and all 3 times the service was shocking. Haven't even managed to get an appointment yet! Hopefully the practice manager reads these reviews and has a word with the reception staff about their unprofessional attitudes.

Wow to this surgery The doctors don't want to help treat anything they just fob you off. "Here take these comes back in 3 weeks" Have to check with the pharmacy to make sure I'm safe The staff, majority of them okay, but think we're all there to annoy them. Then the management team, wow useless, will try to lie and mislead. I have moved a lot in my young life and this is by far worst surgery ever

Trying to get through to them I was on the phone for 45 minutes got down to number 2 in the queue then no further queue position updates for 10 minutes (was getting them every 1-2) I understand COVID but I was able to get through and see someone within 5 minutes during the lockdown......I have been trying for 2 days now at different times and still can t get through

Lovely staff from the receptionists to the doctors! I am so lucky to be a patient here. Thank you for all you do for me I am a tricky patient indeed and you all go above and beyond. Kind wonderful people great practice so far.

During Covid my doctor (Dr Hulme) has been there for me and my family when often I have procrastinated about calling she has ensured I am not rushed and that she has treated me and my family with utmost care at all times. I have also had excellent help from the nurse team (Charlotte) . The reception team are very kind and professional. The only downside is the time it takes to get through on the phones and the e-consult is too lengthy for a request for a consultation. During these times I am grateful for their time empathy and professionalism.

Put in a repeat prescription request for inhalers that I need to breathe. Surgery rejected it without even telling me, so I guess they were just waiting for me to run out before I realised - seems safe. Then when I call back, they do process it; but they send it to a pharmacy 40 miles away from where I asked it to be sent. It's like they don't want me to breathe!
