Lovely buffet lunch, plenty of choice and lovely atmosphere, very helpful staff, I will be back

The toilet is not a washlet, but the room itself feels good.
Because convenience stores and supermarkets are close, you can go to buy.
Smoking is near the entrance.

The hotel room is large and you can choose a terrace room. The scenery is good. There are many children's facilities. A short vacation to stay in Hong Kong is a good place to go.

We were doing some basic breathing movement on the nice parc of the hotel when a manager came to tell us that we were not welcome to do that here, "policy of the hotel", difficult to understand this policy, I understand that ball games, sport and noisy activities are not allowed but how come you can tell someone that you can't lift up your arm while breathing slowly to stretch up a little bit?? Why in the morning after woke up you can't get down to do morning exercices in a such appropriate place ?? Telling people how they can or cannot move, is not understandable, they allow you to walk, sit, breath but if we sit to calm down, or open the arm to practice breath exercises like basic qi gong then not allowed... First time this happen to me after travelling all around the world, we are not talking about doing fitness or sport, we don't bother people, not making noise, when we asked a reason about this policy, this manager just made a face, and said "hotel policy" yeah i understand this is hotel policy", a hotel policy should come for a reason! Any customer or visitors are not allowed to do basic movement of breathing exercices like Basic ! "qi gong", which are just basic movement of life, everything we do at any minute is a kind of qi gong.

I don't mention the noises in early morning around 6 or 7 am. Many times I was awaken by someone who was Doing some kind of renovation in an other room, hiting stuff, drilling holes... And the isolation of the hotel is not so good, we easy hear noise from outside and noises coming from other rooms.
Too bad, the hotel has a nice swimming pool, nice and beautifull garden, the waiters of the bar and restaurant are all nice. Not going there anymore and not going to bring people either.

The three times I've stayed here, you just have to ask nicely and they usually upgrade you to a Marina View room that have amazing views overlooking the sea. Reception desk is incredibly patient and friendly especially with its more difficult customers.

Every morning, newspaper is neatly hung on your door and room service food was acceptable. When we asked for towels, we were promptly visited by hotel staff. My only comment is that the hotel itself is ageing and the carpet and furnishings are becoming outdated.

The swimming pool is right next to the restaurant buffet seating which can be a little awkward to swim in and the gym and fitness centre is open 24 hours. Great.

Nice getaway for kids. Satay place is chill. Good swimming facilities.

Breakfasts are overpriced and staff is not attentive

This place is a popular tourist attraction, ideal for shooting scenery and portraits.

The traffic is a bit inconvenient and the scenery is good.

Except for a little more, everything else is wrong.

Fantastic hotel for kids, big swimming pool, and playground

Very friendly and polite staff, awesome sea views from the balcony, wonderful dinner buffet (recommend to sit outside when the weather is good) with real BBQ, and breakfast buffet is with plenty of options. Pool has great resort atmosphere, even though a bit cold in November. What can be improved: the fire alarm in the room blinked all the time which can be annoying at night, and right now they don't have any shuttle bus to / , so it took us more than 2 hours to get to the hotel since there is only shuttle bus to TST. Hope they will change it back in the future, otherwise it's quite a long journey. Next to the hotel there is a yacht clubhouse and the restaurants/shops around it are open to public.

This is a resort hotel that cannot be praised. The floor of the room was noticeably uneven and felt on the carpet. The bathroom is very bad, the toilet plate is awkward, and there is a large piece of ceramic tile on the outside of the bathtub. It is actually filled with a piece of wood. The rubber edge is full of mold. Unexplained unrepaired rooms can accommodate guests. Booking and registration are two big and two small occupancy, but the room is not prepared, the toothbrush, towel and slippers cups are only two copies, ask the customer for towels, and finally did not send, and there is no bathrobe for the guests to the pool. Many dead leaves by the pool were not cleaned up. My son said that the road to the water slide was very dirty. I didn't want to play. The towels provided by the pool were damaged and stained like the floor cloth. The roads along the pool were filled with sewage and no one cleaned up. It s disgusting to wear slippers, because some guests are wearing shoes and walking through the water, so swimmers are full of sewage and step into the pool. The food at Satay Inn and the breakfast buffet is average and you can leave it alone.
The customer service and catering staff are courteous overall, but do not include the baggage department staff. Due to check in and check out, they will not be able to offer services or welcome.

The place is near the sea, no matter the day or night, the scenery is superb!

Well away from the city. Quiet. The hotel itself was ok with average food.

The environment is beautiful and the landscape is good. It is a good place for city people to take a vacation. Cost-effective, children enjoy the same.

Take a walk. Three kilometers of the Gold Coast. A great place to go for a walk on the Gold Coast.

I didn't go to the hotel. They have residencial area also around the hotel and I am staying there. So can't comment on hotel service and all. But the location is very good, transportation is easily available, the near by beach is awesome.

The environment here is beautiful and the first-class food is good. I will come again, you?

The room is cleaner than before, but the children's playroom has less facilities.

Kids enjoyed it so much and didn't want to leave . Staff were all friendly, helpful and kind esp.with the kids Best place for a staycation esp.with families with little kids. Rooms could use some airfresheners to help with the humidity. Although the lobby smelt good.

The hotel has been here for decades, the entrance and main lounge area is spacious and staff were super friendly, the room seems modern and new although there wasn't a USB charger readily available in the room. The swimming pool includes two small water slides and the view is quite nice. Breakfast buffet was included which is located at the lower ground floor and has a wide range of food available with quite a few items being cooked to order, like omelets, pancakes and Chinese soup noodles! We sat outside for our breakfast and in October morning it was very present with birds singing in the garden and a sea view to go with the food.

There is a public parking lot in front of the hotel, which costs $ 4 per hour and requires 8-day pass payment

Three consecutive years of New Year holidays were spent here. 2 or 3 nights.
It is an old hotel but there is no problem with the interior, and the customer service is also good.
The price is also quite cheap in Hong Kong! !
It is recommended when you want to spend quiet time leisurely (^ o ^)

Hong Kong is really too many people, holiday check in to row a clock, is not suitable for holidays, leisure days are indeed good. Beach shopping malls are close.

An exotic paradise for those who want to escape their bustle hustle city life. It is especially suitable for families with children aged between 5-11.

The steak house is strongly recommended with surprisingly good Apple Crumble. Remember to order in advance.

Pretty quiet during weekdays. Good for a short get away. Decent rooms with good view. Right next to a nice beach. Can take bus here. If you insist on driving, there is a big public metered parking lot just in front of hotel entrance if you don't want to use the hotel's expensive valet service.

Very clean and spacious. Lunch buffet is reasonable. Satay Inn is a little expensive.

The wedding is beautiful and the food is delicious.

I come to this hotel every year to enjoy 2days short trip for their summer holiday.
We spend most of our time in the swimming pool! The pool is outdoor with 2 kids-friendly slides! My kids enjoy a lot!
And every summer holiday, the hotel will arrange a cartoon theme, arranged activities, movie time and handcrafting class for kids! They enjoy a lot and the rooms are clean and nice!

Suitable for a large and small stay in Hong Kong. There is a swimming pool. Seafood is served near Sansheng Village, Tuen Mun.

I have been to many courtyard Mariott including ( NYC and D.C and Orlando ). This is almost having a good Mariott experience ..except for a lesser price than mariott.!!!. If you are not so crazy about staying near shopping in the city, then you can stay here with beautiful view and room service and big luxury rooms. Out stay was awesome. ,
