Accommodation is far from the city but has a room size and space. The hotel has a beautiful view next to the harbor.

A huge hotel at countryside beside the golden beach with sea view and residential buildings view, with a lot of rooms and own parking as well as a huge lot of government meter parking in front.

When I saw it on Google, it said 4 star hotel. Well, sorry Google, you are wrong. When I came to the hotel, I just couldn't stand the sights. Despite being in Hong Kong, it doesn't feel like it. The meals are just fabulous, with meals from different countries. My favourite was the chocolate waffles that were served, so if you go there, try it out!

Relaxing, definitely a good place for families if you have a car

This resort style hotel is definitely one of the better hotels I have stayed in HKG. It is located in a remote location, so don't expect to be able to walk out and be able to grab a meal or do some major shopping :-) Located next to a public beach (shown in photo), definite a place to check out.

The environment is good, the resort is good, the staff are good, the food is good, you can take a break from the holiday.

The facilities are complete and the rooms are clean and tidy.

I booked the hotel s children s birthday accommodation plan for one day. The plan includes two activities for children to play, but none of them participated, and there are not many options for the time. The plan includes children's shower supplies, a pound cake and a small gift. There is no birthday decoration in the room, only a small gift is placed, we arrange the cake to be eaten in the room, notify the housekeeping staff and then go to the room.
But the environment and sanitation of the room and the swimming pool are average! There is a pillow in the room cabinet, and there are a lot of lice as soon as it pops out. It is useless to put it back in the cabinet immediately, so that it will not be able to bite the lice.
There are stains on the gargle cup and the bathtub. Use them after cleaning. There is a water machine in the lobby on the floor, you can go out to drink water for drinking, but the room tied up is too far away, so all go to buy bottled water to drink in the room.
There are not too many choices for breakfast food. Due to the epidemic situation, all staff have helpers to hold food, hold drinks, corn flakes, and cheese. There are many people in the position. Among them, the female staff has a poor attitude and the quality of food can be.
Because I wanted to book the evening buffet when I made the reservation earlier, but there were two time slots on the day after the enquiry. There was no air-conditioning location in the earlier period, so I did not book a buffet and changed the hotel to take out lunch on the same day. I admire the hotel s takeout lunches best, the food quality is good and the service attitude of the staff confirming the order confirmation is very good, and the hotel lunches are expensive.

Great location, next to the beach and not too far off from the piazza. Excellent pool, kid's friendly . So why just 2 stars?? Its the front desk service. Booked 2 rooms for the family and made few requests through reservation team but none were entertained until i showed them my communication through email with reservation staff. Was really surprised to see the unwillingness of staff members to be accommodating in times like these!!

The Gold Coast Hotel is in front of a Shaying Xuan. If you eat for 85 minutes tonight, room service, a espresso chocolate cake, the most 95 points, good food.

The Sunday buffet was poor quality during my May 2019 visit. The management will need to improve the quality of the food if they expect return customers.

Xinhe's service is always disappointing. Checking in ten years ago, the first night jumped in the middle of the night, no air conditioning to the sky, and the toilet leaked.
I called the service office this time and asked if I would go to the rental office to check the rental and get free parking. As a result, staff can arrange it if necessary. After arriving at the enquiry, I found that the short-term rent turned out to be no two-room or three-room rent. When leaving, the staff actually gave a sentence, and for a short inquiry, 15 minutes of free time should be in a hurry. I said that it took me a while to find the inquiry office when I came up. No parking fees. The staff disregarded the request, and speaking left means nothing. Xinhe management and service provision is once again, left-handed and no-handed. Disgusted, disappointed again, the result started, sixteen minutes. Something was paid by myself. Letter .... must be "he" hard. Remember not to believe anymore.

I booked two deluxe rooms with sea views. The hotel staff helped to upgrade to the adjacent room. The scenery outside the window was first-rate. I saw the whole yacht club and the sea view. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. There are traces, the quality of shampoo is poor, the hair is very dry after use, and no comb is provided (I saw that there is a comb on the cleaning cart pushed by the cleaning sister). I should choose to stay again, but I will bring many items.

We spend a birthday celebration for my daughter by staying overnight in the PIRATE themed room and we have a package comes along the free tea Set meal and a free breakfast for 4 people. There is another one kid handicraft session, a zipline and outdoor kids train cruise.

For a HKD 2800 as a whole, it is a very good deal. The hygiene was perfect. The meals quality is just below average as aligning to the hotel standard. The TV channels are scarce but the wifi free is speedy enough for my ipad Netflix to compensate the drawback.

The major improvement can be done I reckon s the training on the staff. No matter the manager in the restaurant of Cafe Lagoon or the receptionist for checking me in, they seems to be undertraned and or underpaid to me.

The overall experience was very good though. We recommend this to everyone.

It was very nice to have my birthday buffet dinner in Gold Coast Hotel. We choose to sit outdoor. They have BBQ food like baby pig, prawn, steak, sausage etc. Lots of food to choose and they are delicious.

The view is amazing. The rooms are also good. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are big. The morning breakfast buffet offers a lot of variety. The staff is friendly and helpful. Most of them speak English. I would recommend having Google translate handy.

It's nice here but ...they don't clean my sheets or towel and the bed is hard as a rock so when I wake up im in pain
