I had the pleasure of working with Jason as my service advisor for the second time and he is EXCELLENT. My experience is always a pleasant and I am happy to continue working with Honda of Concord for my servicing needs in the future! I had to leave my car for a few hours so i used the shuttle to go home for that time and the driver was very kind and pleasant! Thank you to everyone who made my experience a pleasant one!
My husband and I found ourselves at Honda of Concord after an unexpected, total loss of our truck .. my husband had spent hours / days looking online for a replacement, within our budget. He contacted and visited a few other dealerships that were less than honest about the condition of their vehicle's, their sales tactics were suspicious.
Our experience with Robin, at Honda of Concord was like a breath of fresh air... we were more than impressed with her knowledge of trucks .. her honesty and willingness to help us was a blessing.. I did not feel like we were dealing with a "Sales Rep", it was more like a genuine friend helping us meeting a need. Robin stayed with us throughout the entire process, which by the way was quicker than the horror stories I have heard others talk about their experiences with other dealerships. When it came time to sign the paperwork, Chris helped us..again, we did not experience pushy sales tactics..Chris helped us come to a logicial decision about which warranty policy would best suit our needs.. he explained all the paperwork in a way that helped us feel confident about our decisions.
What a blessing they both were to our little family...
PS...the way they talked about Mr Hendricks, their boss / owner of dealership made us feel like we were supporting a local business that takes care of their employees, good customer service was their focus ..they represented you well Mr Hendricks.

Just visited Honda of Concord this past Tuesday. I was greeted with enthusiasm and was placed in the hands of Damian to help me make a decision. Left with a 2021 Honda Pilot and was so pleased with Damian's knowledge and expertise about the car and what my experience with it will be. Very convincing in a non-threatening way. In my opinion, Chris Cook should be able to have more than five stars. I met Chris in 2017 when I leased a car for daughter. This was a surprise for my daughter and Chris secured a big red bow to place on top. The expression on my daughter s face was priceless. Over the past three years, Chris have sent emails and text to see how we are doing. We purchased this lease and once again Chris Cook made our experience greater than five stars. As long as Chris is at Honda of Concord, I will continue to ask for him and send him customers. He is a great asset to your team.
