My husband and I found ourselves at Honda of Concord after an unexpected, total loss of our truck .. my husband had spent hours / days looking online for a replacement, within our budget. He contacted and visited a few other dealerships that were less than honest about the condition of their vehicle's, their sales tactics were suspicious.
Our experience with Robin, at Honda of Concord was like a breath of fresh air... we were more than impressed with her knowledge of trucks .. her honesty and willingness to help us was a blessing.. I did not feel like we were dealing with a "Sales Rep", it was more like a genuine friend helping us meeting a need. Robin stayed with us throughout the entire process, which by the way was quicker than the horror stories I have heard others talk about their experiences with other dealerships. When it came time to sign the paperwork, Chris helped us..again, we did not experience pushy sales tactics..Chris helped us come to a logicial decision about which warranty policy would best suit our needs.. he explained all the paperwork in a way that helped us feel confident about our decisions.
What a blessing they both were to our little family...
PS...the way they talked about Mr Hendricks, their boss / owner of dealership made us feel like we were supporting a local business that takes care of their employees, good customer service was their focus ..they represented you well Mr Hendricks.
