I don t normally write reviews, but I have friends who work there and they are truly good people.

The sales team at Hendrick CDJR is top notch. The service department is outstanding. I will never shop anywhere else.

I have purchased multiple cars there and each time has been a pleasure, no pressure, very knowledgeable and enjoyable to be around.

We recently Purchased a New Jeep at Hendrick CDJRF of Concord. The level of service and professionalism was the best, bar none. Our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about our new Jeep. I come here exclusively to get my Ram 2500 serviced. They take care of me every time and never try to push anything other than what I absolutely need. They ll tell me what parts will be needing service in the upcoming months as a courtesy, that way I can budget money aside to keep my vehicle running great! Wait times are minimal. You can make an appointment but walk-ins are fine as well. The waiting lounge has comfortable armchairs, free coffee, and vending machines. The whole crew is amazing, always friendly, and very professional.

After a lot of research, I chose the Grand Cherokee I wanted online, and set up an appointment with a sales person to see it. The vehicle was waiting for me to test drive when I arrived, and Cory, the salesperson, was efficient and personable. They provided much better lease terms than another Charlotte area dealer for a far superior vehicle. I drove home feeling good about the deal and the way I was treated. The next day they called to let me know they had secured a different lender who would provide me even better lease terms, and saved me enough money to make it worth my while to go back and sign new papers. Everyone I encountered was top-notch.

This dealership and staff are truly remarkable. My wife and I would recommend this dealership to any and everyone. They will make you feel like family and go out of their way to help you and to explain things to you. I had bad experiences with two dealerships prior to coming here and from now on I will start with this dealership. I would rate this dealership six out of five stars if I could. The Express Oil Change service is anything but express. After a two-hour wait, I was happily on my way. If you are planning a quick oil change, plan to be there a while. Staff are very professional and polite. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I prefer going to the dealership, even for an oil change, as I feel they know my vehicle best.

I recently visited this dealership with the intention of just browsing the inventory & ended up leaving with the beautiful Grand Cherokee pictured! Doug Williams was so professional & unlike past experiences at other dealerships, I did not feel pressured at all. He took the time to listen to me & was very attentive to what my specific wishes in my next car were. Excellent customer service is everything to me & that is exactly what I received from this dealership. I can honestly say that we had a wonderful experience & we would gladly return for our next vehicle purchase! Highly recommend! Thanks again to all!
