The atmosphere is chill and funky, the service is prompt and the staff are really nice to customers.

This place was a really cool place we went to for great local talent and its everything you want. When you go see a cool show and you want it to just have the feel and atmosphere while your there.

Drive bar for sure but they aren't ashamed of it at all. Saw some amazing stand ups this evening. Location offers an open patio & relaxing atmosphere. Saw some great talent, will definitely go back for comedy nights.

Wow! This is a small local bar that's been around for years and it's still kicking. Live music for college kids. I went to Macs to watch my sons first concert.

This bar is actually cleaner than when I use to hang out there 30 years ago. The dark grungy atmosphere is what gives this bar its reputation. The youngster's age 21 to 30 something loves it. The diverse live music is awesome.

The bar borders on city line that merges the College town of East Lansing, "go green". And the city of Lansing. This bridges the diverse groups of customers, young, fairly young and the young at heart. My evening at the bar was of a family event gathering to watch my oldest son in his first concert. This gave my wife and me the opportunity to reminisce and our kids to see that their parents are cool, Lol.

Mac's bar is a cool spot in Lansing to go to for an event. I went to Yolk Fest which was held here this year and I loved it. Just a pink little bar with some nice house specials on drinks and a nice patio to sip your drink outside.

Iconic place. All walks of life drop in. Friendly staff. Great location near highways

It's a locals joint. Those who like it say it has a ton of character and don't mind the rough shape it's in. Those who don't will say it's a disgusting dump. I'd compare it to Paddy's Pub from Always Sunny. I tend to fall in the former category because I like the unique wall coverings and the relaxed atmosphere. They aren't trying to sell you something; they just want you to have a good time. Great events like comedy on Mondays too. A nice slice of Lansing.

The atmosphere is friendly and pleasant, the drinks are tasty and pretty cheap and the service is fast.

We will miss you! My wife and I spent our first date here watching Local H a long time ago. You will live on in epic stories!
