In my opinion, Chris Cook should be able to have more than five stars. I met Chris in 2017 when I leased a car for daughter. This was a surprise for my daughter and Chris secured a big red bow to place on top. The expression on my daughter s face was priceless. Over the past three years, Chris have sent emails and text to see how we are doing. We purchased this lease and once again Chris Cook made our experience greater than five stars. As long as Chris is at Honda of Concord, I will continue to ask for him and send him customers. He is a great asset to your team.
