Had a good experience with them, the project involved replacing all windows as well as a new front door which also needed a brick cut. Everything went smoothly, Peter and His team was amazing. The only hitch was a long delay on the front door, but it was due to the door manufacturer and out of Homestyle Windows's control. Would definitely contact them again for work.

Approached by John from Homestyle about having my doors and windows upgraded. In the end chose to go through with it and so glad that I did. 5* service!

The door was delivered on time with installation scheduled very quickly. The installers we professional, clean and fast. What was estimated to be 2 days ended up only taking 1 day with excellent workmanship. They kept my house clean in the process and picked up all debris outside. Very bad experience with this company. I wouldn t recommend at all. Every person I communicated with is downright rude in their behaviour. The main door is leaking when it rains. The brand new windows are having condensation. They don t answer any calls.

My 82 year old father had windows fitted in 2017 by this company and during the fitting, money was taken from a drawer in his bedroom. Within a few months on fitting my father found drafts blowing in from between the window and the frame. Insufficient foam insulation had been fitted between the frame.
Contact was attempted with the company who never returned a call.
In 2019 all the opening windows started to let drafts in through the seals. Again contact was attempted with the company via telephone and email. Again no return contact has been made.
Avoid this company at all costs as they will take your money, along with any lying around during fitting, offer you a 10 year guarantee which they will not honour.

Done the apparent paid training which I wouldn t never call training the most in unprofessional company and not organised. They didn t pay me and don t answer phone calls or emails. Sales drivers drive to your houses for quotes without insurances!!

Do not use this company - I paid a deposit but when I received the paperwork the price was different to what I agreed with Olly Honeycombe. I therefore cancelled the contract within the cooling off period. They then came back to me with the price that I originally agreed but my faith in them had gone. I asked for the return of my deposit and was promised the same by one of the directors - that was 4 months ago - and am still waiting.

I had condensation in between the glass panes in one of my double glazed windows (hardly an exciting job!) and got in touch with Homestyle Windows, among others, for a quote. Bobby was extremely responsive, very helpful and arrived for the free quotation and the actual fitting on the days and times he said he would. He was polite, professional, friendly and I felt very comfortable, at ease, and at no point did I feel pressured. He certainly stood out from the crowd and I'd wholeheartedly recommend him for the above reasons, and for the quality (and efficiency) of his work.

guarrantee is worthless the company will not give any after work care to fitted products , calls go to a 3rd party anwsering service beware fake reviews. have called over 20 times e mailed and no response . id go else where for work def work is dodgy too gutters placed wrong , tiles wrongly fitted and id def no advise you have work done . if they cant help with compliants they wont fix em

Our old windows were leaking water into the house and I was concerned of potential water damage that could have resulted. What I appreciated about Homestyle Windows was their assessment of the problem and informing me they were capable to replace the doors without damage caused to my interior of the house.

Very poor experience after work was done my parents door would not close properly we found out the actual door was buckled... been trying to contact them.and get a reply and answer on what to do to change door they never reply on email and when we phone the keep saying they will call back! And never get a call. This is a safety issue! They should be on ball to.fix this. Looking at getting a solicitor involved now!!

I also appreciate the promptness of the staff. Every phone call or meeting that was scheduled was held on time and I felt valued as a customer. We had some glazing units replaced in our flat. They turned up on time and worked non stop until finished. Cleaned up after themselves, were polite and helpful. Price was very fair too. Would highly recommend.

Had such a fantastic move with USA Logistics! The entire experience was fantastic, and truly couldn't have gone smoother. The initial phone call was immediate, all the bases were covered, and the follow-up email laid out all the facets of the move extremely clearly. My movers were perfectly on time today, and got the job done quickly and efficiently, and even gave me pointers on how to best box up some remaining items. Such nice guys, great customer service, and great work! Will definitely call them for my next move.

Beautiful addition to our home! Bobby was very easy to work with and gave us a great deal to help us get it done! Installers were courteous, professional and never stopped working! 1 day install and the heat reduction in the room (vs. single pane windows) is incredible.

Although the windows and doors were done well and without fuss, if you have a problem afterwards the 10 year guarantee insn't worth the paper it's written on. We have made eight calls, messaged on website and nobody comes back to you.. This is not good customer service.

Please avoid this company they prey on the elderly and vulnerable. Fit doors that cannot be opened. Caused my elderly Father who is suffering with a painful terminal illness so much stress he has been hospitalised. High pressure sales tactics, shoddy workmanship terrible with correspondance. About to start a formal complaint to trading standards DO NOT USE!!!
