Very poor experience after work was done my parent...

Very poor experience after work was done my parents door would not close properly we found out the actual door was buckled... been trying to contact them.and get a reply and answer on what to do to change door they never reply on email and when we phone the keep saying they will call back! And never get a call. This is a safety issue! They should be on ball to.fix this. Looking at getting a solicitor involved now!!
