Wasn't the best start with Homestyle as my order was incorrect on two occasions but managed to make up for this and overall I am now satisfied with the result.

I used Homestyle as I needed new upvc doors and also a revamp of my current conservatory. So glad I did as they have really got above and beyond for me

Bad quality work carried out , patio door still not closing , had arguments with the installers, the attitude they had because I mentioned the cracks in the walls they left behind , and the concrete they didn t even smooth over or paint , so now I m at risk of being burgled as still can t close the patio door .
TBC still waiting for a response after 3 weeks , don t get fooled by the sales technique.

Homestyle Windows replaced some of the windows in our 13 year old home. The windows are of exceptional quality and the price was the most reasonable we had found. If you're getting windows, call Homestyle Windows!!!!

I was impressed with Homestyle Windows from start to finish. Estimate was done and final measurements In person. Gurps was our installer. He showed up on time, was clean, professional and did a great job installing our slider. I was very particular about the stucco since rainy season is coming. I am completely satisfied with Gurps work. They were recommended by my sister.

Homestyle windows cheats their clients and do not provide the full information. They start off with huge amount and pressure the client to take the windows by keep bringing the price. Please be very aware before signing any contract with them.

Received great advice from Bobby on a door issue I had. He is a true expert on entry doors and kindly explained things so clearly! Definitely five star service!

Homestyle replaced our original windows on our house a few years ago and we was delighted with them. We have just used them again to replace some windows we didn t have done originally plus a porch and we are estatic with the end result.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! paid a deposit on the 11th of February and of the 27th of April we haven't even had a call! They said 6 weeks to deliver and install!! I will be in touch with financial ombudsman.

We had all our windows replaced by Homestyle Windows. Installers showed up on time and left everything clean when they were done. All windows have a lifetime warranty, which makes me feel like they really believe in their product. We haven't had any issues so far.

Very poor service - not sure about the validity or reliability of this company. Installation of double galzed windows to the front of the house and a door started in September 2018. There have been continuing issues with problems that had to be resolved during and after the installation. A few problems were resolved but there are still ongoing issues. HOMESTYLE ARE VERY RELUCTANT TO SORT OUT THE REMAINING ISSUES THE LATEST BEING CONDENSATION IN ONE OF THE DOUBLE GLAZED PANELS!!! i HAVE PHONED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. I have sent several emails but THEY DO NOT REPLY.
A COMPANY NOT TO BE TRUSTED. iI am left with a poor job, poor workmanship and problems that need resolving.

No need to look anywhere else for doors or windows. They have done a lot of work at my house and we couldn't be happier with all of their work. The whole process is great and you won't regret calling these guys. Lots of my neighbors have asked me for their contact info and they are all extremely happy with the work done at their houses!

having tried by telephone and emails to get a response to my messages to the managing Director Rickey Nath concerning a refund of my deposit of over 400 pounds because they could not provide me with the door material I requested after the servery engineer noted my request on the form.I sent the cancellation form in and they failed to respond.I find the company is being fraudulent in refusing to correspond or return my money.

They did a great and clean job. I specially found Bobby who is the installer very professional and responsible.

In very simple words stay away from this company a total fraud thay trap you in contracts and give you false information.

We initially had called other company and they quoted us really high for 7 windows and sliding doors (Windows).
We decided to keep looking around and called Homestyle Windows for a quote on new windows for our home.
They were able to schedule an appointment the same week.
They were very informative and did not pressure me into the contract.
Homestyle Windows offered competitive rates and we decided to go with Homestyle Windows and we are glad we did. They got the job done within 8 hours and they did a great job.
I will definitely use them again!

Alissa is a really nice guy. I ve just had 16 window panes replaced from square lead to clear glass, my windows look fantastic. I wouldn t hesitate to use her again and would throughly recommend him to anyone. She s prompt, tidy and very reasonable.

These guys have shown fraudulent behaviour. I have had a terrible experience with them. A man called Vik came to my home 24/04/19 as I was considering using them for a conservatory. They came up with all sorts of quotes and eventually after negotiation we accepted to go ahead with them. This man called Vik asked for my details for a credit check. The next thing I know I get an email right there Thanking me for my credit application. This man had not asked for permission to do so before going ahead. I just let it go since I was going to go ahead with them anyway.
Long story short, I didn t hear from them within a week even though the sales person had stated that a surveyor would contact us within a week. I sent him WhatsApp message which he didn t respond to.
Something just didn t seem right so Thank God, I followed my instincts and cancelled . I contacted the credit company to use my cooling off rights to cancel. The credit company acknowledged and that was cancelled from their end.
Believe it or not, up till this minute, I have had no formal cancellation acknowledgement from this Homestyle windows company. Not even an email.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Bobby - quick, efficient, polite and responsible. I would definitely recommend his company and I would definitely keep him in mind if I need to Homestyle Windows again.

Bobby, Gurmett and the team provided an excellent personal service and kept in good contact during the project for our conservatory replacement from an old single glazed aluminium one to a uPVC double glazed one.

Believe me do not trust these guys . They have zero customer services experience. They only interested in taking your deposit after that you can t get in touch with anyone. They promise to get back but they never do.

Had a bespoke porch fitted by Homestyle and I m thrilled with the work they have done.

I can't say enough about Homestyle Windows. From start to finish they were 5 stars. Bobby and Alissa were both very professional, organized and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure everything got done in a timely manner and with the best quality. The job turned out beautiful and when they left they took all their garbage with them and left everything in perfect shape.

One star because its not possible to give none. Signed a contract and paid a deposit for windows and doors based on the fact they could "give a better price on the day" (yes that was stupid of me to believe). Subsequently found a better price and cancelled the deposit within the cancellation period in writing as stated on the terms. I followed up with a phone call to get acknowledgement of my cancellation but go no answer and no call back. Waited 14 days for the refund per the terms of the contract and....you guessed it....no refund. Called again with no luck and no return call. Finally got through a few days later and they admitted they hadn't even seen the email. They said they would process the refund in 7 days, I challenged why it would take 7 days and it magically became 3 days instead. 3 days later....still no refund. Gave up and claimed the refund via my CC company (Section 75 of the Credit Consumer Act).

Extremely happy with the work Bobby did, windows look fantastic. He fixed my window handle for free as noticed it was loose and when measuring up took the window out for carpet fitter to save hassle bringing it around the back of house. Goes above and beyond and prices are reasonable. Thank you from a happy customer.

Thieves is the perfect word to describe this company, AWAIS ZAHEER sold us a conservatory on the basis that we'd see examples of other jobs which never happened and now all contact has died leaving us to go to the bank for our deposit money back, thankfully we paid with a credit card but it will still be a long process. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THE LIES. DO NOT LET AWAIS ZAHEER IN YOUR HOUSE !!!

I would highly recommend Homestyle Windows. They were very helpful over the phone...made everything easy! In a day when it is hard to get good costumer service this company excels! We only needed a tract for our sliding closet doors, they got the tract and delivered it to us in a couple of days. A very good experience all around!

What an amazing company. Did a fabulous job recommending the right type of window for each room...not just glass types for noise cancellation, but also overall design for the best look. Installation went very smooth. Amazing customer service all the way through!!!

I've had most of my homes' window done and this place is great. They are very professional and quick. In our old home we had Alissa do our windows and we paid a lot of money. This place is reasonable. Totally recommend to anyone looking to change windows.

I hope that my 4th call asking for a refund of a deposit for my elderly aunt will result in her receiving a cheque (they have said they won t refund to the card she paid on). It s been two months now...

Homestyle Windows replaced our sliding glass door in our 86 year old home. It was a small job for this company, I think, but they treated us like we were a big job. No high pressure sales pitch (unlike another company we got a quote from) and no guilt trip when we initially postponed the job. The work was beautiful. After pulling out the old door, there was virtually no wood left behind thanks to dry rot. They completely rebuilt the framing around and under the door and repaired the stucco. I'd totally recommend them. I want them to fix my whole house. Oh and pricing was good! Comparable or less than other quotes we go. But their service put them over the top and the quality of workmanship verified that I'd made the right choice.

Homestyle Windows is the BEST! Our house was burglarized and the kitchen window was broken out. Bobby had someone come out and secure the window temporarily while I was at work and had the glass replaced in the window frame the same day. Fast, efficient, & a super price.

They came to us and said they have selected 10 people from the area for their CONSERVATORY RANGE because they want to build a clientele Base in my area (ANDOVER HAMPSHIRE) and we will be their testimonial clients with that they will give us discount.




I wasn't impressed so with all of the signals, we decided to cancel loan credit with their recommended provider after a week of bemusement.
