Absolutely horrendous company to deal with. Awful communication. Jobs still not finished, bodged Windows in to make them fit. No1 seems to care. No certificate given, am in contact with citizens advice and the trading standards. Stay well clear......
What a pleasure it is to deal with a tradesman that you can trust and depend on. Nothing was too much trouble. Dependable at visiting at the agreed times.
Bobby is a really nice guy, and a the quality of his work is excellent.
We did our homework for awhile before chose Homestyle Windows. We really liked their practical approach to the entire process. They were totally on it and answered all my questions and I felt like I learned a lot about windows in the process. They was very helpful through the quoting/explaining/measuring process. Peter and his team were incredibly professional with the installation, and I was very impressed. The finished product looks fantastic - thanks to all involved!
Had my new UPVC windows and doors fitted by Kevin and he did a brilliant job overall. Would use again for sure

Wanted to update. Eventually got everything installed and got a new piece of window that was damaged during delivery. Would have still appreciated a refund for having to wait so long for the door delivery. Not sure how part of a door would have been missed when loading the truck.

From our first meeting and since I paid the deposit it's been nearly 2 months.I am still waiting for fixing date

This company takes your deposit and does not even start the job, then 63 weeks later does not answer phone calls/emails or texts & we are still waiting for them to return our deposit plus the interest they have gained. We would NOT recomend them! Beware!!
These guys did a beautiful job updating our windows and sliding doors. The quality of work is second to none!! Would recommend these guys for any window and sliding door updates!

HSW cold-called me and talked their way into coming round to quote for a replacement conservatory. Eventually, they came up with a great price so I paid my 20% deposit. After a few weeks of silence I contact them and was told they had underpriced it and wanted a bit more. I declined and a small reduction in extras was agreed. Then I read the reviews and S**T myself!!!
A few weeks later, the construction date was put back by another 2 weeks and by now I'm really worried, thinking of CCJ's to get my deposit back.
HOWEVER, on the new date, the team arrived and in the quoted time scale did a really good, polite job of installing a quality product!!
I feel guilty of having doubted them, (sorry Guys!), are the negative reviews really the fake ones?
Anyway, I've now got a great price for window replacement from HSW, so I wasn't put off by minor hiccups or negative reviews.
Part 2.....
Ricky suggested I could do with new windows and we arrived at a good price. As they had done well (above) and the conservatory had given no problems, I went for it. They did even better this time, quick service at a time to suit us and Mike and Chris did a really good, clean build. I have to give them 100%!!
Prompt! Fast! Skilled! Fair! Who could ask for anything more? Don't waste your time, just call Homestyle Windows!
