Barry Hoffman of Home and Garden Real Estate was a terrible agent, He lied right to my face about the fees he would charge and the service he would provide. He said certain things were included then said he had to charge us for them. He failed to disclose offers and would not go back to the buyer with anything we asked for. He wanted to list for far less then we wanted and recommended we accept a very low offer. All in all a very bad experience. I would not recommend this agent to sell a dog house. Stay away from Barry Hoffman if you are buying or selling in Edmonton.

Lynn Foley was absolutely amazing to deal with!! She was extremely helpful in every aspect, and went above and beyond what I was expecting. We highly recommend Lynn for any real estate needs, you won't be disappointed.

The conveyancer Michael Labant rates as one of the best in the city. I feel lucky to count myself part of this office. In a business where I can work at "any" office or brand I only want this one. Wish I had moved sooner. Bringing clients into the office is awesome... it is beautifully decorated , modern , and most of all clean. Hope to never leave!

We showed up to an advertised open house within the hours advertised and the realtor told us to wait outside because there was another family inside and apperantly she could only 'do one family at the time'. She was pretty rude about it too. It is an open house lady, the idea being the you can show up without an appointment, walk around without somebody breathing down your neck and ask questions if you have some. What you were doing was not called an open house. Needless to say you lost a potential buyer as we were not going to stand outside until it was convenient for you.

Stay away from bryon rentz. Horrible service. Non professional and doesn't even fully review emails from other agents.

Very down to earth people to deal with. No egos or attitude here. Working with the owner I felt like he had all the time in the world to deal with my probably trivial questions.

Barry Hoffman...are you kidding me. He is one the the most profesdional realtors out there. I have met many, but Barry will always go the extra mile to make sure that everyone has a pleasant experience. We have bought 3 properties through Barry. He has always got us a terrific deal & saved us alot of money. Whoever can't get along with him is certainly the problem, not Barry. I highly recommend him for any of your real estate needs.

Brenda Powell did an amazing job for us. We were nervous first time buyers. She treated us as if we were her only client. She was at our beck and call. She would even reply to emails sent to her late at night, the replies came shortly after the email was sent. She walked us through every step of the way, even gave us referrals for replacement of carpets once we found a place and got us a deal on that. It was really truly like having a family member there taking care of us as we did this. Due to issues with our mortgage brokers this was a roller coaster ride but Brenda even helpped with that.Thank you Brenda so much we can't wait to move into our home !

I really love dealing with Michael Brodrick at this agency. Even though we didn't end up going ahead with a deal he had zero issues spending his own time going over properties and comparing others in the area with us. He never once made us feel like it was about a sale and we felt we could get an honest opinion from him as if he were in our shoes.

This place is a refreshing alternative to big box real estate agencies who care only about commissions. Very kind and professional people work here.

I have been in the business for over 40 years. I have learned over the years that it isn't the company name a Realtor is under that sells homes. It is the Realtor's experience, knowledge and willingness to provide good service. Joined Homes & Gardens Real Estate Ltd. in 2012. Had some concerns before joining, none of which materialized. No regrets. Great place to work. Michael Brodrick is a Great broker.
