We showed up to an advertised open house within the hours advertised and the realtor told us to wait outside because there was another family inside and apperantly she could only 'do one family at the time'. She was pretty rude about it too. It is an open house lady, the idea being the you can show up without an appointment, walk around without somebody breathing down your neck and ask questions if you have some. What you were doing was not called an open house. Needless to say you lost a potential buyer as we were not going to stand outside until it was convenient for you.
