Wonderful place in all regards. Great place to relax, get some work done, enjoy time with friends and family. All are made welcome there and there is never a rush to finish your coffee and move on. High quality live music most weekend evenings.

I come here almost every week for networking and coffee. There's a large back room that is usually open for meetings with plenty of seating and a TV with HDMI capabilities. Bottom line: Homer's Coffee House is great for meeting people, having business meetings or getting your hustle on.

Great!

Wish I found it earlier. I was visiting KC and had been infuriated by both the panera customers and the starbucks staff all over the area. When I saw what appeared to be an independent coffee house I pulled a U-turn that almost broke my wifes neck. It was WELL worth it. The folks behind the counter were friendly and really knew their stuff, it was the best latte I received while in the midwest, and not a moment too soon, I was about to give up and just enjoy the withdrawl headache. Next time I'm in town I will definitely be back. I just wish I had bought a travel mug to help support a coffee shop that demonstrates that starbucks is a grossly overrated chain.

It's ok. It has a good location in old Overland Park that ensure a steady stream of customers. The bakery case and other food items were just so-so. It's a nice place to meet up with friends, but just so-so as coffee shops go.

I haven't visited Homer's in at least 10 years, to bad. The dark blend with shots, hust what I needed. Plus, they added butter and heavy cream. That's just how I do it at home. Butter coffee is great for my KETO diet.
Product was great.
Beautiful and friendly service from all of them
Feel good laid back local coffee house and Keto friendly. Thank you Homer's!!)

Great local coffee spot!! Came here for the first time for a meeting and it quickly became one of my favorite places. They make a really good chai tea latte!! It s also a great spot to throw open the laptop and knock out some work. Can t wait to hold another meeting here!

I have been here several times, unfortunately, I am not impressed with the friendliness of the behind the counter servers. The coffee is good as well as the food. Otherwise, this isn't a bad place to stop!

Fantastic, local coffee house. I meet up with friends fairly often and only had to tell staff my name once - they remember me every time! They also remember small things, such as if you prefer your drink in ceramic vs a paper to go cup.

Homer's is great little coffee shop. The barista will make your favorite drink in a huge mug for around 5 dollars. There is lots of space both inside or outside so you should have no trouble finding a place to enjoy your cup. Fresh made sandwiches and pastries are also available if you are hungry.

So this is a great little coffee joint that I stopped into to give them a try. I have had a gift card for months so I dug it out and went to get coffee. The ladies behind the counter were awesome! They helped me decide what brew I wanted and even helped me with a selection of the overpriced beans that are organically and friendly farmed. (Remember I haven't been here and it isn't near where I tend to be in the mornings but I have a gift card!)
Sadly they have gotten a new register... and it doesn't read their gift cards. WHAT?! Who implements that and takes away the old thing if you have cards out there already. Why wouldn't you keep one of the old one just for those scenarios... or have a trade in policy or something. You might take a small hit on a few dishonest people... (Probably not at a Christian Themed Coffee Shop though) but there I was over 30 minutes later wasted mine and their time and it could have been for nothing... but no I paid the $30 and got the hell out.
I still have that gift card and someday I may stop in. But more than likely not. Again staff was helpful. Product was good. Place was nice. Owners/Managers made a bad call.

I ordered a chai latte made with whole milk, and it was delicious. The chai was a good balance of spicy and sweet, and the Batista steamed the milk perfectly. The cafe was crowded (Saturday morning), but my brother and I could find a place to sit and hear each other talk. My brother enjoyed his soy Mexican mocha.

I frequent Homer's Coffee House because it's close to home and all the employees there are always friendly. You're always greeted with a smile and their coffee is fantastic! Everyone there will remember your name and order if you become a regular. It's not often I have to wait in line but the one time I did- as soon as I paid they had my coffee already made. I guess I should change my order more often to throw them off! :)

Good coffee bit the atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired. The seating is plentiful which is nice except that it's all 4 seater tables that are packed in for maximum seating, which makes it feel more like a restaurant than a coffee shop. It could use some couches and mood lighting to create a cozier coffee shop feel. They do have hand scooped ice cream as well, which is a pretty cool feature.

A quaint spot with lots of tables and space. They have live music as well (on the weekends). I ordered a caramello, frozen...it was great!! A nice selection of traditional coffee drinks, smoothies and teas as well as baked goods and sandwiches. The parking is the only downfall, it's a busy area so parking can be tricky but worth the visit!

Great place to meet up with somebody to catch up. Usually quiet enough to do work, but I'd recommend bringing headphones if you really want quiet. Sometimes the music they play is a bit loud. The coffee is really good. I've never tried their food, but they have a decent menu for a coffee place. Parking is above average for the area.

Very nice and spacious coffee shop.

Parking connected to the building isn't great but there are several lots around there that are easier to get in and out of.

Had a dirty chai here and it was fantastic. Service was quick and plenty of seating. The inside reminds me of a dennys or ihop for some reason. Not a bad thing. They also have local, live music some nights.
