I've only gone in once but it was a nice building with nice people. Service was quick and the employees were really helpful and nice. The only problem was parking (as usual for osu) unless you wanted to pay of course. The parking facility was nice.

No free parking or packing vouchers offered. $2.25 per hour is alot to pay to take care of your college students business on campus AND staff are in few in numbers with the main campus +46,000 age 18-25 students. Parking in the gargage can be uber expensive.

The Student Staff are always very helpful here. I use the tuition drop off box each semester. Very nice parking garage attached including motorcycle parking. Easy access to Lane Avenue if you need to go to High St or 315.

I have called multiple times for help and every single time they have done an incredible job. Kind, efficient, and patient.

Very nice offices for helping students and paying tuition. Self serve drop box to deliver payments by check is nice also. Separate motorcycle parking on the east side of the building. Car parking rates are too high and that is my complaint, especially when you just run in and run back out.

Vast improvement from the space that housed all the student services while I was an undergrad. Everything used to be in Lincoln Tower and nothing could be done online, so the lines for just about every office would wrap around the entire floor right before each quarter started.
