As a first-time buyer we went through an extremely stressful situation when the seller decided not to sell 5 days from closing and went into breach. Mary was very instrumental in ensuring every step of the way we had all the documents needed and explained all options available and what they meant to us. She made the entire process of ensuring the VA requirements were met pretty painless. Due to the time frame of the sellers breach our original loan lock expired and we needed to reapply/qualify. Mary made that whole process seem seamless even thought I know there was much work being done behind the scenes. I always felt I was in the best hand and 2 months after breach we are settling into our own dream home/property. You cannot go wrong with Mary Gardner on your team.
