I have to say i dont usually write reviews but i loved working for this company. If i hadnt had to move I would still be there. Everyone is so friendly and they make it their goal to help you grow in your career. I applied with limited expierence and they took the time to teach me everything from the ground up. I have never felt like a company cared about me until i started working here. Those people who hate on this place need to realize the potential this career has for them. I think the best thing i learned from highland was that you have to invest your time into something to get the desired results. I would love to thank the owner of this company because she believed in me when i lost all my confidence and helped me through some of the toughest times ive ever had! If i ever go back to Austin i will definitely reapply!
They called me twice after submitting a resume. Did not leave a voicemail though.. that was my first red flag. Next I saw these reviews and knew this was a huge scam
This company is a huge scam.. Dont waste you're time.. Worked for them for about 2 months, got promoted with no pay raise.. Worked out of town for 2 weeks while making commission that WAS NOT paid.. They have a scam in the fine print where they can get out of paying your commission.. They send you out of town with no help, food assistance, and put you in the trashiest hotel room in the town/city full of drug addicts and hookers.
Flew from VA to interview. Didn't really give an in depth description of the job. I can understand if it's not a fit. Was told they would be in touch. Never bothered to say anything. Sent an email still no response. At least have the courtesy to say something.
