We came across Homeowners Financial Group due to OpenDoor preferred lender program, which we weren't sure, in the beginning how good they could be. But boy, were we glad we partnered with them! Homeowners Financial Group is such a top notch team! From the first call I received regarding their process and pricing, to the date my loan was closed, I was well kept informed of the progress. They seemed to be on-line 24/7 - when I had a question, I received a response right away. Sometimes via email; sometimes a call. Every member on the team went our of his/her way to help us understand what fees were involved; what criteria the lender was looking for, and what the loan status was, every step of the way. They were always friendly; never seemed impatient (Jenn Raj, you are the best!). We've gone through at least 5 different loan processes throughout the years through refi or purchases, we found this team to be the best - fastest; most responsive; most friendly and most competitive! We will definitely use them again, no doubt! I would highly recommend Homeowners Financial Group, especially Austin Bates team, to anyone!! Keep up with the good work, Austin Bates team!
