Didn't care so much for the layout and was walking around browsing with this woman who was working in the section. We were in there for 10 minutes me and my friend and she never as much as acknowledged us, as we were walking out the section another woman walked in. Don't she greet her so nicely. Guess we did not look like we would be spending? Definitively not with her. Bought from the kooples section instead. This guy who worked with diesel helped me and he was great. Benjamin I believe but i could be wrong.

All the girls are super nice and take the time with you. My favorite is Fred, it's a love. I discovered the exclusives with her, and I love Chanel even more because of her, she is a gem. Today I was served by Julia, great service I also love Melanie the makeup artist. This is the most beautiful Chanel beauty counter in Montreal.

All are welcome to this glittering retail wonderland. Beautiful garments
and quality items are displayed with elegance and flare. You are free to buy or just dream in this store of wonders. The fragrance attendant excelled as he showed us some of the most famous name fragrances and how they differ in their notes and mood . A Montreal must see you will feel like you have been raised to a new retail level!

a cold space full of high-end shops arranged pell-mell. poor signage, so you don't know where anything is. with the amount of money walking around in there, they could have done a lot better.

The only mall where you will see old ladies shopping with their Yorkshire terrier barking. Ogilvy is definitely more of a luxury mall where there is often a cringing bagpipe player walking around and screeching your ears.

However, you can find nice stuff on sale from time to time, and service is very attentioned when required. You can get a free and cute little Ogilvy branded water bottle.

Ambiance is a bit dull, and the place usually feel empty.

They got a very cute animated Christmas village during holidays, worth seeing if passing by.

I had the chance to "fall" on a very devoted pearl at Max Mara Weekend last Saturday. She did not hesitate to go to the Max Mara Studio located on another floor a few times to help me find an arrangement that suited me. Unfortunately I do not have her name but I thank her.

Covid: Meh, I was waiting to see what the renovations would bring. It's like an annoying Nordstrom now. The store is actually a collection of high end mini stores. Each one managed independently so they are each blocked off and managed. Don't expect to be able to wonder around and go from section to section, you'll have to be let in sections. So interactions with people is increased instead of being seamless.

I went last night around 6pm to the mickael kors shoes. I know it's flat to work on a Saturday night but if you agree to work, at least do it right! No hello from the two air beast employees present. I kindly ask for a pair of shoes. She comes back with the boxes, not a word, stretches the shoes, does not respond to my thanks and remains standing planted to look elsewhere until I take them off, takes them back with such a stupid air and leaves with the box. No questions, no hello, no smile! Truly an unpleasant experience!
