Why would you put an industrial distribution center in a residential neighborhood

Good people an a great place but u have to back in to an ileway of off a one lane street then to the end to unload an take awhile to get unloaded

Lady at shipping very nice.... but loading is very slow been at the door since 9am and time now is 145pm still waiting and I have a 20ft container never again this is last for me
