Almost a year ago, I had purchased a holster from this company for a new pistol. After only a few draws from the holster, it was apparent something wasn't right. It seemed the holster was made from the wrong mold, and that wasn't the only problem. I had noticed that after only a few draws, it had scratched the nitron finish on the slide, as well as chipped the finish away on the trigger guard. After posting a review on Facebook about this, the owner of the company contacted me and was somewhat combative. Eventually, the owner became a little more apologetic, and even refunded my money without me even asking. However, little did I know, it would not end here.
Over the last nine months, I have been on the receiving end of insults and harassment because of my review. From direct responses to my review, to IM messages, it's just never ending. It's bad enough that the finish of a new pistol was ruined by a $70 holster, but now I get the added enjoyment of friends and followers of HolsterCo insulting and harassing me because I made the mistake of purchasing a holster here and sharing my experience.
So congrats, HolsterCo, not only did you fail at workmanship, but now you fail at professionalism as well.
Update; Just an hour after this very review was posted, the PM's on Facebook have been coming in. More of the same insults laced with profanity.
