Looked very nice, however after I arrived I was told that I had to drop my trailer elsewhere, before they would allow me to park my truck. There was plenty of parking space but rules are rules I reckon.
No temp checks at the door, more worried about taking picture at the door. Let too many people in. High limit room is a fishbowl, everyone is watching you play, just ready to hop on your machine. Not impressed, been there a few times, same results.
Only get 1 star, cuz I had to in order to leave a review. No semi parking is a huge mistake. Many drivers wanna relax n unwind after a long week. Completely disappointed.
Never wini have put 1000s of dollars there play smart and when i use my card for comps i never get anything never get comps for buffet i was there tonite and i was yold they cant give me nothing very rude

Comps,what comps? if you build anything up and you don't spend enough,or show up enough you loose them. love table games but can't find the amount you like to play they determine how much you pay even with dealers standing around doing nothing they won't lower the stakes. worst management I've seen in a casino. Been to Hollywood St.Louis about twice a year and awarded better comps and better table games than Toledo. If you really want a good time it's worth the drive to Detroit or Windsor.

First time with family to enjoy the buffet special. (Senior discount on Tues/Wed.) It was really good, such a variety of choices!!! Everything I picked, I thoroughly enjoyed. The dessert choices were good as well, but I wanted food vs. desserts, so I had only a few, like chocolate chip cake and cheesecake. Hope to return soon.
Other than losing my money there the place is great

We go to all the Casino's in the area from Upper UP to Cinci. This one we use to go for the buffet and our favorite slots. We can no longer eat there. The crab and the rest of the food has went through changes for the worst. Save your money. It has been disgusting the last 3 times. The staff quit picking up cups or garbage at machines, There is always urine all over the bathrooms. Don't know what happened but we have to take our money elsewhere. I give a 1 from what was a 4. It's what happens when a company settles in and cuts corners at our expense.
Would like to win just once, even if just enough to keep playing. Put $10-20 in and it's just gone. Tight, tight, tight slots
I do not recommend that people control the machines with computers and through the cameras they choose who reads a small prize that place should be destroyed

Im from Vegas. If you've been in one Casino you've pretty much been in them all oh, they just have different decor. All those things are shut down due to the pandemic. I still did not see a showroom for entertainment
My husband signed up for a player's card in 2014 and received a scratch-off ticket in which he won 2 free epic buffets. The ticket did not have an expiration date. When we tried to redeem the ticket, we were told it was too old and they would not accept it. This place makes millions of dollars, and yet they refused to spend a few dollars to earn our business and keep our business. If I could rate Hollywood Casino ZERO stars I would. Apparently, the "decision-makers" need a course in good business practices. Their unintended consequences include one of their servers at the Epic Buffet not receiving a well-needed gratuity from us, and we are not returning to spend any future money at this place.
Me and my boyfriend live in Michigan we decided to drive down since we heard so many good things. The outside is beautiful which made us so excited inside was so clean and fresh. We had a great time and will definitely be back in the future.
Because I was with an amazing man and he hit the jackpot on a machine that he had been playing a lot. It was awesome
I don't play a lot, but sometimes I would like to walk out with at least $50-$100 extra in my pocket. Plus I couldn't stay that long cause i had something else to do. Don't know if that would have made a difference or not. I will see next time.

Had a bit of a rough experience here this past Saturday 2/15/20 the sports bar was extremely underwhelming, although our server was very nice I was extremely disappointed at the menu we looked at the menu prior to coming here online and once we get there all 3 of the things we wanted were not on the menu that night. We got the nachos extremely cold when we got them looked like someone just threw some chips down and put some Tostitos queso on it and it sat in a window for 15 minutes before it got to our table, onion rings also slightly cold and EXTREMELY greasy. After we were playing table games let it ride and taywana was awesome super professional nice. But the servers that came around to the tables the blonde one was very rude I asked for a fat tire draft and she said sorry the bar is busy so I really don t feel like getting that right now just seemed unprofessional and rude saying you just don t feel like it also purchased a double drink and there was only one shot in it barely tasted like anything was in there and I paid for a double. Pretty disappointed with the experience
Always a safe venue to eat and watch a game. Great place even if you don't gamble. Live music on the weekends.

Pay out to low and to far in between. But other then that very nice people. Work there.
Weekends is loud with the band and at the crap tables it is hard for everyone to hear and make bets. Second this place does not open all the crap tables, nor during the weekday will not keep more than 2 tables open. Detroit casinos keep 3 tables open late at night and all tables on weekends. Toledo need to get help, because I hate playing at a over crowded crap table.
Has a great atmosphere. The concerts are an added perk and they ar typically pretty good performances.
Wait staff could work on getting drinks faster during a concert.
We had dinner at the sports bar and the price was reasonable and the food was typical bar food. Nothing too special but it did the trick.

Went to the buffet on a Saturday night for the all you can eat crab legs. Had to wait 45 minutes in line to get seated, it was still way worth it.

Played poker here a few times. Wasn't enthused about how the game is handled at the tables. Dealers seem to have favorite players they let slide with certain rule bending or even breaking which effects the game.
Good payouts.... glad I live 45 minutes or I would be here every day. employees at the tables are pretty knowledgeable. Food is good, drinks are good as well.

The workers are really polite and professional. They are helpful if you need anything. The food is delicious but a bit on the high side. There are about four restaurants there ranging from the casual dinning to the upscale dinning.
