It was cool but they charge way to much for drinks I mean 10 dollars for two beers and right down the street at the bar beers are two bucks a beer come on now people lose so much money at the casino why charge so much for drinks cause the more they drink the more they gamble
The buffet is one of the best! Gaming machines offer a great variety to choose from. Easy to maneuver in and a really nice center bar/ restaurant.
We typically visit between the hours of 9pm-2am. Still always a decent crowd. Good people out to have fun. Nothing too rowdy. The casino is usually clean. Good bar service. They rotate slots and move things around, so visiting a few times a year doesn't feel like deja vu. Good food options. Don't forget to frequently wash your hands!! Common sense. Stay healthy. Don't spread germs.
They need a Hotel but the City and County are Morons !
A for the experience of excellent table games. I tend to play more on crapsless table but I rarely find it open. The new layout of the table games makes playing when a concert is going less distracting. I find having higher table limits less attractive to play when I come with a budget.
I give an A plus to all the table game dealers especially Page, Brian, Carrol, Tonya, Mark they have always made my experience great.
I give an A plus to the rest of the staff for keeping the place clean.

We are from Florida and visit family in Toledo and this is about the 5th time we've been here. Walked away losers each time. Truthfully this place really sucks! Tampa Hard Rock is way above and beyond this place. We won't be coming back and that's a bet you could actually win money on.
The decor was really cool, classic Hollywood. Everything was very clean, including the bathrooms which were very spacious. I liked that the smoking area had its own space designated outside. All of the staff was very friendly and kind. The parking garage was easy and didn't feel cramped. Great place!
The casino was beautiful I would love to go back to play a few slot machines. The buffet was horrible it was lunch time. So I don't know what to say about dinner.
Absolute horrible service in the buffet. Waitress named Sandy (In the Tom Brady Jersey) was the rudest waitress I ve ever experience. Came with a group of girls for brunch and order mimosas she was making comments under her breath and then said straight to my face you guys are killing me . Very unprofessional. Manager came up and assured us we can order mimosas it s not an inconvenience then waitress came back and tried to tell me I couldn t order any more. Safe to say I won t be back

Had a lot of fun and left with cash that always puts a smile on. No overnight parking or camping which is a sad thing

Im not really satisfied with the overall experience. Food wasnt the best and the machines were all the same so overall mediocre at best.
I had already done a review on this casino which I feel I should do another one because of the fact I went to get $200 out of the atm, because I thought that I might be able to to get my $ back or at least some of it anyway, (at the time I was already down $200) and there charge at the atm was $5.00 so because I spent-lost $200 already and hardly got any bonuses and when I did it was only $22.50 I was already down to $8.00 on that last $20 when I had got that amount on the bonus and by the card showing what I was already losing $180 since I had walked in. (In roughly 2 hrs mind u) At that time with that $20 totaling $200 so because of the $5 fee to use there atm and possibly have lost that as well, I decided, NO "I'm not getting another $1 to give them cuz of there greed and too no avail they still charged me a $1 for the atm just putting my card in..... That's awful, a greedy casino very greedy and so sad! In my opinion u have to really be bored or a die hard addict, to gambling, to go here. Your odds are so much better at mgm or even motor city. I have and do win there frequently, but was at this time in the Toledo area on business. Yeah sry Hollywood but your awful and hope u fold up for being theeee greediest casino I've gone to yet!
Its always too crowded and full of people who would be better off rolling dice on the sidewalk for pennies as apposed to playing in a casino, love to see tax payers dollars put to useless use, if they decided to close it down I wouldnt lose any sleep.
I drive almost 3 hours to come here. NonSmoking atmosphere is incredibly tasteful and only 3 years old

It has a nice atmosphere but if you're going there to have fun go but don't expect to win.
They need to build hotel and the golden nugget beside it to have competitor beside it will bring in more high paying jobs to the community along with outside entertainment. It's a great location and really high scaled place very nice

The last 3 times I been there it's really hard to get on a table to plat any kind of cards. Really unhappy I will not go back it's better to just go to Detroit
Great if you like to gamble (obviously). Food is fantastic at all 3 restaurants too. I'm not a gambler, but will tag along with friends and family to grab a bite to eat.
Like going to Walmart. Absolutely dread when friends want to go. 5 doller beers ? I mean come on. I feel like im in the PJs .
One of the worst casino I have been in go Friday and Saturday spend 500 and win 100 and they act like you won
something there buffet is the best thing about that place some of the workers are really nice but the pit boss are a&& holes thinking of just going to MGM or motor city from now on

I have been going to this casino since they opened. Today they changed the policy and loyalty does not matter. Guess hard rock in Cleveland will be my new stomping ground
Clean, smoke free. Watch out for the low ceiling in the parking garage.
Buffet was great. And people/staff were nice. What more can you ask for? I didn't win though . bummer!
