Absolutely rubbish. They do not care about their tenants. They just want to collect rents. If you are with this association, DEMAND a tenants association be set up!

I don't even think they deserve a 1 ... Customer service is very poor waited 2 years for Windows to get sorted now I am waiting over a year for other work to get done. Andrian and Audrey were the best. You pay your rent on time every month then wait years for repairs... Absolutely appalling service. No one calls u back housing manager just fobs you off.. you call and hear your housing manager in the background but they tell u she is not there.. come on you are running a business no need for all that...

Bad service poor life living this housing association doesn t care about there service users.

This housing association was good for me for 12 years, NOW it is under new management. I have a black mould issue in my bathroom, I was told to just wipe it off. They are refusing to address the situation. Was told repairs will now just be the minimum, things need to be falling to bits before anything is done. These houses are their investment, but they have no problem letting them fall into disrepair. I will be taking the mould problem further.

Stopped doing any repairs, no one is ever answering the phones, no repairs, everything has changed, for the WORSE!
