Started in May 2019. Amazing company to work for. Great MAINTAINED equipment, plenty of miles, not any type of micromanaging, request hometine and you get it without any hesitation. Nice terminal with showers, 4 private bunk rooms, and drivers lounge. Need something fixed on truck or trailer, it gets done. Rider/pets from day one. Great family atmosphere to work in. Very happy I came here.

My wife is a driver here. I am a non-driving rider. I can't get a CDL. Long story. (Hey, for women drivers, it's a brave new world!)
We have been with Holland for about 2.5 years and it's been great. We're on our second truck. Only because the first one was called in once it hit 500k miles. This 2020 we got brand spankin new. It's got a fridge, no APU but a similar system that keeps the truck climate controlled without running the big engine.
I like how they treat my wife with respect. That's important to me. I'm not an employee, but they greet me as if I was. I feel welcome and at ease here.
The truck has all the creature comforts. Direct TV., Sirius XM radio, fridge, plus an inverter powerful enough to run it all, even the microwave. My wife has BCBS med insurance provided for free. Also dental and disability insurance at low cost.
Drivers can choose to be paid weekly or every 2 weeks. There is a 401kwith company contributions.
The trucks are freakin beautiful. Tractors and trailers are spectacularly well maintained. Dispatch sends loads and responds to driver requests promptly. Otherwise, they mind their business and trust drivers to be professionals and do their job. As it should be.
All around first class establishment. Not at all sorry to be here for the long haul.

I will say that Holland has taken care of us! My wife and I were lucky to find such a wonderful company. I was able to take time off in the city of my choice and it was granted. Always had a paycheck that was ON TIME with nothing missing. Recruiting was excellent. Safety folks are awesome as to talking with you and welcoming you on to the Holland family. The Vice President is even welcoming. We were dispatched and left alone unless we were needed and asked to do something. NEVER TOLD! Nobody yelled orders or hung up the phone in anger. This is the kind of company that YOU WANT to work for. Miles are there for the taking if you like to drive. 1500 mile average. If we needed ANYTHING it was done to the best ability of the person who took the call. Sirius XM is paid for by the company as well as Direct TV, a DVR receiver and 24 tv. Refrigerator and Inverter to make you feel at home away from home.

Like all companies there is good and bad. I enjoy working here because they are not a mega carrier. You go in the office they know and address you by name. You are not just a truck number.

They are just an OK company and I will leave it at that.

I have been a driver for Holland for a little over three months now. I absolutely love this company. All of the equipment I have used has been in tip top shape and very reliable. I get really good miles and lots of long trips. The pay is nice as well. When I walk into the offices, everyone I speak to knows me by name and it feels like home. I dont see myself leaving this company unless I decide to go local.

I've been with this company 7 months now and I don't have a single complaint. Yes I happen to work in the office but I have been a CDL Driver since 2011 both OTR and local and this has been the cleanest company i have had the chance to be a part of. The drivers are treated well and the equipment is outstanding.

Drivers can come off the road and grab a snack from the drivers lounge fridge for FREE, they can also do their laundry or even spend the night in one of the hotel rooms located at our terminal! FREE!!!

If you are looking for a place the operates like a true OTR company look no further! just ran the numbers and average length of haul still stands just over 1500 miles .

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MALE DRIVER CARRING TRAILER H811 IN THE MOUNTAINS. THIS GUY SHOULD NOT HAVE CDLS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSAFE DRIVER. HE ALMOST CAUSE A VERY BAD ACCIDENT WITH TWO TRACTOR TRAILERS IN THE MOUNTAINS. AND I COULD TELL HE DIDN'T CARE. IF THIS COMPANY EMPLOYEES DRIVE LIKE THIS GUY. NO ONE SHOULD EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND COMPANY DEFINITELY NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS. YOUR KIND OF DRIVERS ARE NOT NEEDED NOR WANTED.

Horrible company to contact called about a truck of there s not having mud flaps flinging rocks all over cars and busted windshield of the car I was test driving to buy lady in office transferred me to shop department and guy told me to claim on own insurance it s not there problem

I don't even need to know how this company does its business, if its truck drivers try to kill you when crossing Snoqualmie Pass. Was going 5 over in a variable speed zone (under construction) and the truck driver decided to tail gate me, flash his brights at me, then sped around me and got over without a safe amount of room and nearly hit me with his truck. If I hadn't slammed on my breaks I would be dead. I will NEVER do business with a company that tries to kill people on the road.

They don't bug or bother me and let u be a driver.. they seem to be pretty good miles...decent pay ..xm radio and epic direct tv they pay for...68 mph and 70 mph 30 min pass smart a day

Fantastic place to work. Great equipment and they have great miles. Let you roll without being bugged at all by phone calls. Everything a driver could ask for, prepaid lumper fees, cat scales and fuel are paperless so no running inside to stand in line. If you like long runs and great pay come join the Holland Enterprise team.

I went home for home time and sick leave. They didn t pay me and held my check hostage. I called and ended up having to beg for pay that I earned.

I live in VT & people ask me why I drive for Holland Ent which is out of ND. Answer is simple. It s a great company to work for. I really enjoy working for Holland Ent. The equipment is in excellent condition. I ve had to problem getting my truck or trailer repaired if needed. They are really good at getting u home if u need to be. They were great when I was out on medical leave for 3months. And getting me back for follow up appointments. Been working here for about 3yrs. Free satellite tv & Xm radio. The driver lounge area is good. Free laundry facilities. They got rooms if u want to get out of your truck for the night whiles u are in the yard. Company vehicles for u to go do your shopping & other things. I love it here.

After putting four hard years in, I ve noticed the company going in a direction that s moving away from its family atmosphere to just another Celadon or Arrow trucking.

Working with Holland enterprise is hands down the best discovery, decision and driving company I have had the privilege to drive for.
From the true family atmosphere, great consisten miles, well maintained equipment. Here they give you the respect and set you up for success, to truly provide for your family.

Horrible company I worked for them they coerced me into driving when I wasn't safe to move slid on an ice patch and put a negative mark on my safety record which was perfect before their broken truck put me off the road I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who wants to keep working as a truck driver

First impressions mean alot. Just litterly joined the team doors are wide open. Straight forward people so far great personalities. Equipment is almost as clean as the garage. Feel free to triple check will walk you through whatever is needed. Greatest thing so far is cleaning ladies of our trucks do great job.

Had a death in the family came home after working 4 days of the pay period was issued a efs check deposit into my bank and Brad cancelled the check already pulled money out to pay for truck parking and submitted the reciept now company refuses to pay back what I played and lost and us refuses to pay for the days I worked they say they treat you like family so.if you like to be ripped off and lied to this is the place for you

Simply an amazing company. Driver focused, efficient staff, hard working shop, strong dispatch and plenty of miles. Just starting and truly might see my retirement through Holland. Thanks for all you do Holland Team looking foward to 2020.

I've been with the company since March 2019 and don't plan on leaving. By far the best company I've worked for. You aren't micro-managed like most companies. As long as you are doing you're job safely and picking up and delivering on time you aren't bothered. Holland has the miles. I would say I'm right around 33,000 miles per quarter and I go home 4-5 days every 4-5 weeks. The shop staff is great and the equipment is in great shape. Thank you Holland Enterprises for the opportunity you have given me!

I ve been here going on 3 months and they have been keeping me busy and I think I will not have otd with enough notice they get working on a solution with out questioning me

Holland Enterprises Inc has been one of the best places that I have work at. The people here all work together well and with such a positive attitudes. They give the drivers the respect they need and deserve. I love having the one on one time to talk to drivers and going thru orientation with new drivers. Getting to know all of them is a great feeling. We cannot do this without them. Thank you to all drivers out there.

I've been driving for Holland for about 6 years now. This is where I will retire from. I love that I'm not micromanaged as a driver, and miles are good and consistent, as is the equipment

Just completed my first 90 days. Holland is an awesome company. They have excellent customers, perfect length of hauls, and the best maintenance staff. It's a pleasure driving for them

A great place to work the best out of all the company's I have worked for I feel like I'm part of the family here the allows make it right when things go bad such as breakdowns exc and the best pay thanks holland for all you have done for me

This is a great company to drive for. I have been working here for a year and a half now. Still on my first truck, which is terrific, considering how with every other company I have worked for, I was at least in truck #4 by now. When I was assigned to a truck, I found it to be very clean. Like, as if professionally detailed kind of clean.
The shop is really good. Every time I am through the yard, they are expecting me and they are ready to do their job. Shop crew meets me at the fuel pump and assigns me a bay for the tractor and trailer. Work is done quickly and correctly the first time, every time. The first thing the shop crew asks me is how long until I need to roll out of the yard. They respect my time schedule. I appreciate that.
There are full bathrooms upstairs, each with a shower. Towels are provided. Laundry is free. Laundry detergent is provided, also free. *nice touch* There is a big, well stocked fridge in the break room, with a little sign: "Have lunch on us." Sweet.
Miles are really good. I get many 2000+ mile loads. Almost zero loads under 1000 miles. Dispatch allows enough time to pickup and deliver, but not so much time that I ever sit, idle. Almost every time, I have a reload already planned the day before I deliver. So I am never left sitting, waiting for dispatch to make a move for me. They trust me to do my job and they do their own job of keeping me rolling.
Sirius XM radio is provided and paid for by Holland, along with Direct TV. A TV is mounted to the wall. provided by Holland. Ditto fridge/freezer, inverter and a working APU. Also, I am allowed to have a pet and rider in my truck.
I love my job here and I seriously recommend giving Holland a try if you are a driver looking for a perfect fit. I found mine right here. Hope this was helpful. :)
Update: I got my brand new truck, a 2020 model, in February. I love it, though I still miss my old truck. I get super attached to my trucks, I name them, and it's hard to let them go. Anyway, my new truck is a total badass. I call her Nancy. I've been with Holland for two and a half years now, and I can very honestly say that even my worst day driving for Holland beats the heck out of my best day, driving for anyone else.

Probably the best med/large trucking company there is. Sadly not quite big enough to have anyone to auth efs checks on weekends. I just had to pay cash for (4hr chk wait) washout, and am sitting for 46
hours over a Sunday at customer(chk? 24h ago). Over time, avg load will be 1500, but when it shiiiits it pours. Great coast to coast runs and nice folks to work with. The main reason for not making it 4 star is that forced dispatch includes ignoring the fact that a load is impossible to on time. Consequently much time is always wasted on late fees/work-ins.

I am a driver here. They are amazing to their drivers. If you are willing to work this a great place.
The recruiters are honest, even under sale how great they are. I have never been happier than I have been since I have been here.

Rude drivers, can't wait out of the way till another driver backs into dock. He would rather start backing in forcing me to wait till he gets out of the way so I don't hit him. No common courtesy. The driver that pitched the company was so excited to work for them. I carried their card for two years, honing my skills and procedures. If you need constant supervision, oversight and micro management, then Holland is not for you. This company puts their profit margin before the maintenance of the equipment and safety of their drivers. They don't properly maintain the equipment and will charge - back drivers for breakdowns! They wash trailers in sub-zero temperatures so that brakes will lock up and can charge drivers for brand new tires!
BEWARE, THEY ARE SLAVE DRIVERS!

They really let someone go that's been driving for dam there 30 year all cuz there load was late they been on time ever where eles and this company just don't care really a shame how they treat people wouldn't go this company if I was you and they never pay right always messed up

Been with Holland Enterprises for 8 years now I've always been treated like family extremely easy to work with their staff members their always looking for ways to improve things all their employees I love working here !

Day one out of the terminal truck breaks down. Week one api breaks down month 1 I'm having multiple issues with small mechanical issues, they say they will route to shop to fix and never do,I call to remind them, they say it's the first they hear of it.month 2 still no shop issues on truck are getting worse. Month 3 almost all my runs are scheduled so tight I have made very few OTD
theres simply not enough time to deliver with the way they schedule you, they so not consider the eld

While no company is perfect, Holland certainly ranks close! If you want to be a long haul driver, this is the only place to go. Great miles, great pay, great benefits, and great people... What more can you ask for?

They are a very good company to work for. In my 20 plus years Of driving they are #1 in the only 2 companies that actually respect their employees not just drivers. They expect you to know how to do your job and have to be babysat. Lol the only bad thing I can say about them is we spend entirely to much time in the white stuff in the winter.

They stand behind their word and take care of the drivers with a family atmosphere. Their equipment is top notch. They also get you home when you want/need to.

This morning the driver of truck # 145 on the I 40 almost hit me, he even gave me a headache, he was driving in aggressive ways.

Holland is a dream company. I didn't take the recruiter's word for it though, I went straight to the drivers. I was told the recruiters didn't lie about what I was told...
Turns out they were right!
This is the BEST company I have worked for. Holland has it together with a realistic team of dispatchers that get you the miles - all you have to do is ask for those miles and not disappoint. The safety team is on your side and agree no load is worth your life. Top off the great staff with a top notch shop team that help make sure ALL your truck and trailer problems get resolved, there are also drivers that care for each other, passengers being treated like family, a safety quarterly bonus, a mileage bonus, truck perks and more, you can tell from day one they care about you and your happiness. If you don't love your job, you don't put the effort in - so they make sure you love it. Did I forget to mention there's no pay cap? Give them a call and ask if I missed anything.

This is the best trucking company I've ever worked for.

They will leave u stranded and they do not at all practice any kind of covid precautions whatsoever. Not one person in there wore a masks. All it takes is one contagious person for everyone to be infected. I pray i didn't get it. Will be scheduling a covid test.

Great company. Great miles, but just like all companies they aren't perfect.... but they listen to the driver

Forced dispatch too many short loads in a row. I quit after the fifth load in a row under 900 miles with three days to deliver on all five loads. Than the other reason I had enough was if another driver wanted to go home and you had a load going in his direction ( and even if you were getting more mileage on your run) dispatch would give that load to the driver wanting to go home and you would get screwed out of mileage. I lived in the truck that I was given and I didn't take any time off I was there to make money not to help driver's that wanted to be home every weekend. The good side of the company was satellite TV and satellite radio so if you like watching TV a lot it might be a good company for you.

Unprofessional recruiting. In the middle of explaining a situation to them was hung up on and sent a message that they weren't interested. I may not be a perfect driver or person but I don't hide information or misrepresent myself. Regardless of company policy, this shows to me what drivers can expect from Holland Enterprises.

Great company. I am still driving for them. I just recently had a family emergency and they where so helpful and understanding at getting me home. Its little things like that. That make you feel like there family. They give you amazing miles every week. If your an honest driver and willing to run. This is definitely the company for you. Driver code is ROBJOS.
