I will say that Holland has taken care of us! My wife and I were lucky to find such a wonderful company. I was able to take time off in the city of my choice and it was granted. Always had a paycheck that was ON TIME with nothing missing. Recruiting was excellent. Safety folks are awesome as to talking with you and welcoming you on to the Holland family. The Vice President is even welcoming. We were dispatched and left alone unless we were needed and asked to do something. NEVER TOLD! Nobody yelled orders or hung up the phone in anger. This is the kind of company that YOU WANT to work for. Miles are there for the taking if you like to drive. 1500 mile average.
