I've been with the company since March 2019 and don't plan on leaving. By far the best company I've worked for. You aren't micro-managed like most companies. As long as you are doing you're job safely and picking up and delivering on time you aren't bothered. Holland has the miles. I would say I'm right around 33,000 miles per quarter and I go home 4-5 days every 4-5 weeks. The shop staff is great and the equipment is in great shape.
