Shocking service and the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. I wish I read the bad reviews as the positive one must be written by themselves

The transfer from the airport to the hotel was satisfactory however the return journey was like taking your life in your hands. The driver did not check his mirrors once meaning several near misses and he drove so fast in some places that the brakes were screeching when he needed to stop again causing several near misses. Unless you have a death wishuse another company. Onmy given 1 star because the journey from airport to hotel was ok.

Be careful when booking!! I booked a airport transfer a month early and made an error with the time (chose am instead of pm). Emailed them straight away to amend the time and was told it couldnt be done. Unsure why this is; surely they could amend the time somehow? I'm travelling for a whole month to 5 different counties; another company can have my money i guess..... just be careful with booking!!

Took two hours to get to the airport, never again I will pay for a faster service the next time. So many stops in so many hotels and then speeding to the airport so I felt sick! Dont use this company pay the extra money!!!!!

Off our flight and onto the bus with no fuss, ready for our transfer to our hotel. Unfortunately we then waited on the bus for 1 hour in the heat (no air con) waiting for other passengers from other flights, with no explanation from the driver. Better going back to the airport though, no delays.

Booked this for Las Vegas, was a shared ride with no more than 6 people. When we arrived we had to wait for taxis and appeared to have to wait until enough people to ensure the ride was
'Shared'. After a 10 hour flight we wanted to just get to our hotel, we waited about 20 mins waiting for taxis to leave and there were about 10 people with 5 different drop offs. On return journey - taxis arrived on time and we were the only pick up took 20 minutes from hotel pick up to airport.

Taxi was 40mins late picking us up from hotel then drove way too fast to airport with our 2 kids onboar aged 11 and 10mths.

Failed to be picked up in Egypt, or on return to airport despite checking return time, in late November complained online and (as there is no phone number to use) I have heard nothing in return. Never use this service again.

First time visiting paphos, waited 45 mins for bus from airport, driver very slow on outgoing journey to hotel.return journey back to airport brilliant.picked up ourselves and other passengers and at Airport in 20 mins.

Drivers make a huge difference. From airpirt, we got NO assistance with our luggage and the driver talked on his cellphone for 45 minutes. We were told we'd get local info about Iceland during this time , but got none. Conversely, we had a wonderful driver back to the airport. She was personable & spent 45 minutes answering all our questions about the Iceland's traditions, current laws, & future plans. Wish she had been our driver both times

Travelling from the airport to Alcudia. Instructions to find the coach were good and we boarded quickly. However, it took almost an hour to leave the airport, which to be fair, we were warned about.
BUT, then the coach took about three hours to get us to our hotel rather than the one and a half hours suggested. The coach stopped at lots of hotels, constantly doubling back on itself. Very frustrating and difficult with two young hungry children.
We are travelling back and just hope it's not going to be as bad.

Good driver but had to wait for quite a long time at the airport prior to completing the journey to Albufeira. The return trip was also a bit of a problem as I went to the hotel early for the return journey to find that the driver was already there more than 20 mins. before the pick up time.
Suggest to all that you are waiting at least half an hour for your return because 2 years ago, the same company came too early and left without me. Poor service!! If you have a pickup time it should be no more than 15 mins early or 10 mins late. Will probably use again as they are cost effective with the provider being Best transfers4you.

Had transfers to / from airport in reyjavik. Was perfect!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! Driver was 30 minutes late picking us up at the airport. Then on our return the driver did not arrive, we kept phoning the company who said he would be with us in 5 minutes, he eventually arrived and was ONE HOUR LATE. The receptionist at the hotel also told us that the same firm had let someone else down that morning. My advice is DO NOT USE.

We ordered a taxis to pick us up and take us to the airport from JFK airport. On both occasions the taxi did not turn up. We emailed this company twice on holiday and subsequent complaints from July have been completely ignored. When we checked the taxi company in New York they had booked for us it had one star!
Do not use this company. Their customer service is non existent. Please do not respond and tell me to email you. I have already and you just ignore me !!

Awful online form for booking, even more difficult to get help in order to amend a booking.

Good trip from Rhodes airport into the city centre. Our driver was very caring and waited until the lady from the hotel came to guide us through the pedestrianised streets to the hotel. It would have been difficult to find on our own.

Booked our transfer on the Holiday Taxis website which was straight forward and not too pricey compared to others. Easy connection from the Palma airport to our hotel at Ola Maioris. Driver was very polite. Journey took us about 20 minutes....no issues and I ld recommend Holiday Taxis to anyone

On the pick up from Heraklion airport we were put on a 40 seat coach which entailed 4 drop offs before ours, I was expecting a private Taxi as the company name suggests. On our return I was instructed to report to another hotel reception with our suitcases which was across a busy road and over 1lm away. Also the pick up time was nearly 4 hours before our flight departure. I explained that I had a disability and could not walk that far with luggage and no alternative was offered. We had no choice but to get a real private taxi at a further cost of 45

I ordered a Tesla S car from Amsterdam Airport to the city center. There was a Nissan car that didn't fall into the class of the car I paid for. Upon request, I was given back less than 5% of the price that it is otherwise a standard price. This is really the insolence and mockery of the customer. Emails requesting an invoice are ignored. Never more.

I use Holiday Taxis 5 or 6 times a year. The latest booking was a speedy coach return transfer from Tenerife South Airport to Los Cristianos and cost just under 10 . From the time I presented my transfer voucher at the transfer companies desk at the airport it took less than an hour to get to my hotel. As well as the coach companies internet look up for my return pickup time Holiday Taxis got the time from the coach company and faxed the details to my hotel reception, I haven't found any other transfer agency which does this! The pick up bus arrived at the designated pick up point on time. Once again excellent service, I highly recommend Holiday Taxis.

Great service. Our driver was waiting for us with a sign as we arrived at the airport. On our return collected us at the hotel bang on stated time. I use the app as it has all the details available at a glance. Will definitely be using Holiday Taxis again.

My experience was terrible despite plane being on time the taxi was a no show,no one has tried to contact me until today and further more I was made to pay 20 dollars for another taxi

Very friendly call centre staff, had a question but they dealt with it quickly and efficiently.

Minor hitch at the arrival desk with the local company - I had made a short notice booking (1 day before travel) and the girl at the desk could not / would not find the booking & sent us to a multi drop off coach - that was filling up fully and I had paid for individual transfer, so returned to desk and complained, she then made a call where 10 minutes later we then got our very good private transfer, our return individual transfer was faultless and to the minute on time, so the experience overall was very good and consequently I will look to book with HolidayTaxis again in the future - thank you.

Disappointing- tried to move taxi pick up back by one hour due to a time change of an organised trip. Gave 6 hrs notice but received a refusal when we politely asked for this to happen. Had to pay for both this trip plus an alternative taxi.

Extremely bad service which has to be illegal. Father tried to amend his transfer but he couldn't and had to book another. This is wrong so I volunteered to take him but canceling 10 minutes after booking wasn't possible without losing 100% of the fare.

Easy to book great service I've use holiday taxis twice now with no problems

Where do I start! Booked these 3 times this year for 3 holidays , absolute joke this company. Not once have I had a collection time sent to me until after I m home! Rang emergency lines which on hold for 30+ minutes , my Paris one was 30 mins late , Rhodes we called and called and just told they will let the hotel know they never did , thought I d give it another chance and my daughters flight leaves in 10 hours and still nothing and she needs sleep before her flight , this isn t just a one off , will never use this company again and if you have kids I would advise you don t use them , google holiday transfers for the countries you want and find one off there , 3 out of 3 says it all and don t email what ever you do as I m still waiting for a reply from last week !

Absolute disgraceful service not 1 person helped me and my family when our tranfter left without us half hour before our plane even landed at Palma de Majorca

Got a text to say our pick up time would be 18.30. we waited outside hotel rang up at 18.40 to be told our pick up time was 16.00.and we should have rung up to confirm. Why send a text to confirm time that was wrong. We had to catch a taxi to the airport at considerable cost to us. Would not use again.

We have used holiday taxis 4 times now, and have never been let down. There is always someone waiting when we get off a plane!

Highly recommend this company. The price was very reasonable and I had constant communication, letting me know pick up times etc. I found Holiday Taxis very easy to use and would definitely use again and recommend. We were very pleased with our experience. 10 out of 10

Easy to book.
When we arrived at Fuerteventure. We told by the office to go to the stand C1. To get the bus to take us to the apartment. (The name and address was printed on our confirmation). The bus driver told us he was not going to the address he would drop us off in the centre. Having been there before we knew that it was too far to walk with all the luggage. After augueing with the driver he took me to the bus office. Who took the paper off me and wrote the name of a hotel on it. I then went back to Holiday taxi office who crossed the Hotel off and put another one on. Then explained that we had booked a shuttle not a taxi and they did not go to private addresses. If this was the case why was our confirmation printed with the name of the property and the address? I then asked how far away was the Hotel that had been written down and was told they did not know. By this time the bus was full and we had to wait for the next one. When we got to the address that the driver took us to there was no problem our apartment was just round the corner. If this had been explained from the outset it would have saved a lot of frayed tempers and a hour of our time when someone was waiting for us.

I booked at the last minute after another transfer company cancelled. Holiday Taxis were great. They responded immediately, and I confirmed over the phone. The driver turned up promptly and the whole process was smooth and efficient. What's even more impressive is that we were a group of 5 with lots of luggage!

No hassle. Did exactly what it said on the tin . Confirmed pick up time on website . Bus came on time . Comfortable journey with great music. Arrived at airport in good time. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Admittedly, we had a fright when we arrived at the airport when we did not see the sign indicating our name !! So we asked someone who told us the "holiday taxis" counter, where the driver picked us up to take us to our hotel and the return was made in perfect conditions despite the very early hours. ! Thank-you for your prompt response.

This was the first time I have travelled abroad alone so I decided to use a transfer company rather than make my own way to the hotel. The price was excellent value & the service was first class both ways. I would definitely recommend Holiday Taxis & will use the service in future. Thank you.

Works well when it works! But when it doesn't...

Flight cancelled on a Sunday as Dresden airport closed due to snow. I wanted to tell them and request collection from station as trains running. No response from either emergency no. Rang UK no., who couldn't get response either.
They now try to say snow a 'force majeure' so no refund payable. The only force majeure is that they provide no European emergency service at weekends, no snow in rest of Germany so that's not an excuse. Left me 50 out of pocket as had to pay for taxi from station - they were still running so purely Holiday Taxi appalling admin.
Very disappointing.

Arranged for Holiday Taxis to meet at the Airport upon arrival, No sign of anyone from holiday taxis to meet us, Looking around for about 30mins.
Person to meet us then arrived who was meeting other people off the same flight.
Then had to wait about another 15-20 mins when she went off for some other reason.
Finally were led to a taxi to take us to the Claridge Hotel,
As we got close to the Hotel the driver pointed to the direction of the hotel which we could not see.
He then took us on foot dragging our luggage to the hotel which was 2 blocks away.
At the airport there were other travellers complaining about the waiting time.
If you book a private taxi you expect it to be there to meet you.

Used Holiday taxis while in Mallorca 13th July return trip. Very happy with the service provided. On time on both occasions. Clean air conditioned cars with appropriate child car seats. Overall very happy.

Cannot recommend this company enough. This was my first time booking with them, was apprehensive at first but they exceeded all expectations. They were in arrivals at the airport, clearly visible, driver was very pleasant and dropped us at our destination. The return journey was every bit as seamless. I had searched for numerous different return transfers from CDG and this was the best price.

Taxi was waiting for us when we arrived, clearly in view and with my name held up. Polite and helpful driver. Booked them for the return trip too. Would recommend.

Had to wait for 40 mins at the airport and the cab driver had no English at all. We had to wait for another couple and it was all a bit unclear. Once they arrived it was smooth sailing. Our cab was a lovely saloon Audi. They were dropped off first and we were then taken to the door of our hotel. On our return we were collected bang on time. This time it was in a minibus and we had to pick up two other couples. Again the driver had no English and so it is a bit of guesswork as to what is happening. However a very good service that did exactly what it said. Vehicles were top class and a very competitive price? Would definitely use the service again. Star was lost because of the lack of communication with the drivers and so you are a bit in the dark.

Plane was delayed 2 hours, but was assured they would keep an eye on flight details and that the driver would be waiting for us at airport. No driver waiting and had to wait 15 mins. Could have easily got a taxi at airport instead of having to wait.

Taxi never showed customer service none existent told us nothing they could as driver would not answer his phone (only have one taxi it seems ) ended up getting one outside the airport to the hotel
The return trip only slightly better after many phone call finally got a taxi
and as for a refund for the outward trip you phone get put on hold to you give up dont answer emails
would i use them again NO WAY TOTALLY HOPELESS

Arrived at the airport at 22:15pm then had to wait 1hour 15mins for another passenger to turn up. That passenger never turned up. We finally left at 23:30pm. Massive waste of time. Should not be made wait that long. There has to be a more efficient way of operating these transfers.

AVOID I ordered a taxi and payed. after that there was I message that it was not possible to book a taxi. My money 110 euro is gone and no taxi. I sent them a email but they do not give a reaction. Bad.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Booked transfer in Budapest and have never experienced such a terrible service. Driver didn t show up, helpline was useless and kept laughing and then hanging up on us.. when a car finally turned up and hour later it was a people carrier with other customers in it, not the private hire I had booked. Driver then drove like an absolute maniac to the airport going through red lights. Customer services haven t come back to me either and it s been more than 30 days! Awful company!

We have used Holiday Taxis a few times and I must say the service recieved is right up there. No issues and with the uncertaininty surrounding Covid-19 and holidays, a hassle free refund was given promptly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Coach waiting at the airport to take us to bus station. As soon as we arrived at bus station we were straight onto mini bus to take us to hotel. Great service back to the airport as well.

Nobody told us they had a kiosk at Tenerife airport and we hang about until i rang the emergency number and then has to wait again as the taxi wasn't ready. On the way back I had to ring the office as they were late again.

Holiday was cancelled on Tuesday so I cancelled the taxis, refunded issued today, thank you for your prompt action, will definitely book with you again. Straightforward and hassle free.

We were held up in passport control and when we finally came through arrivals our driver was not there. This was around an hour after landing. Eventually, we managed to contact the local agent and the driver arrived half an hour later. Fortunately, we had only had a short early morning flight and it didn t disrupt things too much; had we arrived late at night it could have been more fractious.

Only had to wait a short time for our allocated driver,journey there and back was enjoyable.

I strongly recommend against this site, misleading advertising, more than 3 hours to arrive at the destination and on return I am taken a.navette at 4am to arrive at the airport at 6am for a flight at 11:30 am and when we ask for explanations person n ' is responsible!!! It is shameful, false advertising. Moreover complicated to find the hours of pickup, nothing is indicated on the site, obliged to call the united kingdom to have the information. Communication problem, driver unpleasant and waiting forever!

Stay away from this company !!! I waited 45 minutes for the driver in Prague! On my complaint it was said that the driver had not found me (which would have been absolutely impossible there). The driver informed me, however, that he had an appointment for me at 7 o'clock - but I was informed of the transfer at 10 o'clock. Apart from the customers to pull the money out of the pockets so there is nothing at all !!!!!

I am totally disappointed with HolidayTaxis. When I arrived in Paris I followed the instructions both on the email and the app I had downloaded to find no driver. I phoned the company and was told 5 minutes I then phoned 10 minutes later to be hung up on twice were I then phoned the 24 hour emergency number who also struggled to contact the local operator. Another family was in the same situation as us. They got sorted before us but their opetator refused to speak to us to update us on our taxi. Finally managed to source our pick up an hour and twenty minutes after we were due to be picked up. Our driver was unable to provide a booster seat which I had ordered or locate our Disney hotel on his phone. He pulled over twice while still in airport and nearly caused a few accidents as he was blocking a main exit. I had to then speak to someone on his phone to give the address even though I had handed all our paperwork with the hotel address to the driver. We were anxious for the return taxi and emailed HolidayTaxis were I have yet to receive a reply over a week later. Again the time came and no driver I phoned the number again and once again was told driver was stook in traffic. Im sorry but should a company not be able to facilitate bookings for the correct time taking into account the daily traffic. Our driver arrived 30 minutes late but I cannot fault his service. He was apologetic, had booster seat for my daughter and although little English communicated well. I have to say the only positive about my whole experience was our return driver everything else was a shambles with no response at all from HolidayTaxis to either of my two mails that I have sent.

Return was a coach...took ages.. we paid for a 4 stop minimum .. the coach took ages .. was too big!
