I am totally disappointed with HolidayTaxis. When I arrived in Paris I followed the instructions both on the email and the app I had downloaded to find no driver. I phoned the company and was told 5 minutes I then phoned 10 minutes later to be hung up on twice were I then phoned the 24 hour emergency number who also struggled to contact the local operator. Another family was in the same situation as us. They got sorted before us but their opetator refused to speak to us to update us on our taxi. Finally managed to source our pick up an hour and twenty minutes after we were due to be picked up. Our driver was unable to provide a booster seat which I had ordered or locate our Disney hotel on his phone. He pulled over twice while still in airport and nearly caused a few accidents as he was blocking a main exit. I had to then speak to someone on his phone to give the address even though I had handed all our paperwork with the hotel address to the driver. We were anxious for the return taxi and emailed HolidayTaxis were I have yet to receive a reply over a week later. Again the time came and no driver I phoned the number again and once again was told driver was stook in traffic. Im sorry but should a company not be able to facilitate bookings for the correct time taking into account the daily traffic. Our driver arrived 30 minutes late but I cannot fault his service. He was apologetic, had booster seat for my daughter and although little English communicated well. I have to say the only positive about my whole experience was our return driver everything else was a shambles with no response at all from HolidayTaxis to either of my two mails that I have sent.
