Wonderful Hotel with friendly staff, nice pool and a very good breakfast + strong and fast internet

Arrived in bangkok and booked coach for my transfere to the hotel ,was greeted by wonderful staff who were very efficient and professional.
The hotel is great ,room was very comfortable .breakfast was not well organised with a find a seat and eat mentallity !
All over was nice and all needs were met .

Reception for tours There is convenient parking. Motorcycle parking on the third floor

Guests liked the clean rooms, though some said they were dated & maintenance could be improved Guests liked the comfortable beds Some guests said the bathrooms were small & cleanliness could be improved, Easily accessible by car Near the City Centre; sightseeing, restaurants & bars nearby Near the airport

The hotel is in a very convenient place, very helpful and friendly staff. They have nice amenities in the guests rooms plus complimentary water bottles. The bar is nice and the food is delicious

Hotel is very good but location has some negative side. Such as findout Sub Continental food is a bit difficult ....

Modern, clean hotel, excellent location a stone's throw from the chao praia and the metro. Modern rooms with large beds, soft and firm pillows, small but clean bathroom. The only drawback for me is the carpet, which gave me an allergy! Nice swimming pool where you can cool off from the suffocating heat of Bangkok, and maybe indulge in a nice cool Chang beer at the pool bar. Very good international breakfast, truly one of the best ever tried. Generally great hotel I highly recommend it!

I think it is a very excellent hotel among Holiday Inn. The staff is also friendly and you can respond to the quick release. Of course there is no complaint in the room. In terms of price, I think it is reasonable.

Clean and good hotel. The rooms have carpeted floors that are exposed to dust when air conditioning is on.

So near the mall w/ great dollar exchange. Yummy breakfast buffet. Highly recommended. Stayed here with our tour group.

Hotel is dated. Tried calling front desk, operator, house keeping, and feed back line to enquire about the gym but no one picked up!

Then the alarm rang at 4:30am and the phone rang once at 5:30am???

Really over priced hotel. Bathroom was tiny and furniture was more like a budget hotel.

The hotel is good for the price. Its not luxury but for this price it is very good, the staff is very friendly. Especially the location in the silom road is great. About 200m west of the hotel there is the SkyBar from the Hangover 2 movie, definitely worth a visit (very expensive but the view is awesome).

The small school in the COVID period looks lonely, the food is delicious.

Excellent hotel clean and comfortable rooms. Near the Silom Village where you can enjoy excellent Thai cuisine and a stone's throw from the Lebua Sky bar (a night like a lion) from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city from above.

Soild hotel to stay, if you get good price.

While not that close to BTS connections as two other Holiday Inn hotels in Bangkok, this one in Silom fairly easy to access as well.

Room was quite spacious, well maintained and clean. Bed offered sound sleep.

Bathroom: bright and clean, with good water pressure.

Within the walking distance there were also several restaurants, where one could have dinner. I did not try out dining in hotel this time, also skipped breakfast to catch an early flight.

IHG Platinum members get fairly standard benefits (1-cat upgrade on availablity, no club access even if upgraded to club floor; late check-out if needed)

If Silom location is not important for you, but want to stay with IHG brands, likely choosing other HIX or HI with closer to BTS would make more sense.

This is a fantastic hotel, friendly and courteous staff that always try to make you feel like you important! Always enjoy staying here.

Come to a party here during the situation like this Felt very quiet People come to use the service less. But here, the service is good and clean. But the side cars are stuck a lot in the evening Please allow time to come along.

Very Clean place, location is amazing because it's right beside a bts station and a conveinient store. Has a nice buffet restaurant inside. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this hotel for tourists but instead for those who want a go to place to rest.

Delicious food, good atmosphere, spacious location, suitable for tourists or many tourists. It is the center of tourism as a strategic point for resting in many ways. There is a convenient expressway to go to other places.

Amazing staff and overall experience! Hotel was just renovated (2nd tower)and this is a big plus now!

Quite nice hotel with a good breakfast, spacious room and pleasant pool. Unfortunately we could not control the air conditioner as we wished - it was too cold in the room and we could only switch-off the conditioner, but it was too cold anyway. The personnel tried to fix it, but without successs.
