I stayed for 2 nights ,loved the ambiance and location however would like to mention the reception staff Ms. Winlisa was too rude to the guest especially with Indians .. Being a cabin crew member by profession I know the importance of hospitality. I believe she need some more training as far as guest relation is concerned.

One of my fav hotels and some great thai hospitality.........the local food in the hotel is good........but who eats in the hotel......just sharing as I have eaten everywhere........pool is awesome and good facilities.

Good convenient location, so so breakfast. Front desk was efficient. Bell hop was friendly and helpful.

This hotel was beautiful and very clean. Staff were very corteous and the rooms were nice and comfortable. I recommend the breakfast buffet, there's a little bit of everything and something for everyone, but go early. If possible stay on a higher floor for better views.

Located at Surasak Intersection and on the corner of Silom Road

Visited just for a dinner get together. Dinner was decent, but the desert was so good.

My favourite hotel in Silom. Their restaurant staff is really attentive. A Filipino band was entertaining, and the place was rocking! Good food, great beer

Best place for Indians and Tourists to stay. I would have given five star had it not been under renovation. It came to me as surprise as I booked a premiere room two weeks ago and when i arrived i was offered a deluxe room with additional complimentary brrakfast and a dinner as compensation. They could have very well informed in advance about this situation. we are in 21 century. Otherwise hotel is good. Rooms are well equipped and decent. staff is courteous, friendly and polite. The brrakfast spread is wide and covers all cuisines for you to have choices no matter where you are from. For business travellers like me it is situated in a strategic location with all places nearby and ease to commute to outskirts as well.

Good standard hotel Airlines have used this room to the flight attendants and pilots stay a lot. There is parking behind the building. Who to contact or meet people here. Do not forget to stamp the parking ticket. The staff at the front counter informed me that the hotel Family mart is open 24 hours. Very convenient.

Friday, the car is very busy. Surasak intersection. Don't know where to escape.

Definitely had a good experience had fun with the family at the pool

Location is okay. Walking distance to BTS, TOP and lots of restaurants options in silom area. Family Mart is available for 24 hours! Room comes with basic amenities and staff are helpful.

Had a buffet lunch here during Songkran and the restaurant was packed. Rushing to get food because every time a dishes served then gone like in second.

Actually I'm not stay at this hotel . But we go shopping at the mini market bellow. But we saw a good hotel here

There is money to build a large 4-5 star hotel, but there is no money to build parking spaces for vans to wait for
customers. I do not understand the big hotel. But there is no parking space, a car, or a bus that comes to park to wait for customers

Service was great. Temporarily misplaced our luggage but found it promptly. They went above and beyond to meet our expectations.

Clean up place clean room great stuff to deal with it I like it I've been there for 6 days it's amazing

I've been here 4 times already. Reasonably priced if you get a booking through the eatigo app. The oysters are always fresh. Drinks are also included: soft drinks, tea, coffee and water. If you have a sweet tooth they also offer crepes a la mode made to order aside fro. the standard cakes, pasteries, ice-cream and Thai desserts. They also have a kanomjeen bar and offer many Thai dishes. There's also a teppenyaki bar and some dim sum and sushi offerings.

Usual full hotel nothing special but worth it's price

Really nice hotel. 5 star buffet breakfast I can stay there and literally eating everything from. Start to finish. The newly renovated old wing rooms are nice. The fitness and pool area is located in the new wing (same building as the lobby) great location.

Nice hotel on Silom Road, with parking, easy to get around, not far from tourist attractions on Silom Road.

Room too dark, overlooking some exhaust machine which kept spitting smoke most of the time so you see smoke outside of window. I did ask for quiet room, so probably this is the only quiet option - looking the parking lot and therefor dark. Windows in front are overlooking busy road, so I assume way too loud so I didn't ask for room change.

Poor sound isolation - we kept hearing neighbors showering, loudly talking etc.

Pool open, so too hot and due to high air pollution, difficult to stay and enjoy. Also, too dangerous since it's 180 cm deep.

TV didn't have option to insert USB or HDMI.

The location is good. Near the expressway. The hotel and the service is excellent. The food is good especially the Indian food and the buffet.

Terrible experience this time. Have stayed in this hotel over ten times and loved it for it's staff, breakfast, and location.
This time the staff has the worst attitude with the concierge taking the lead in being bad mannered. We have three rooms out of which two have air-conditioning which isn't working and one has sewerage water flowing through taps.
The breakfast has little options as compared to before and the breakfast staff is too confused to handle a lot of people. This was never the case before as the hotel had the best breakfast experience in the past.
Still staying in the hotel and extremely disappointed as a gold member. Thinking of shifting to the nearby Pullman G Hotel which is far more superior now.

the place to be for business reasons

Our agent book me general always executive floor and the staff in the lounge is really great, friendly and support you when ever it is necessary. i stayed there for 10 nights and even it was not planed so long i still feel like at home there.

Pool & fitness club is nice.

In general the hotel is not brand new but really well maintained and they are doing renovation in the lower tower as far as i can remember,

Zimmertipp: take a executive floor room
