The service was great from the moment I arrived and it continued for the whole stay

My favorite plac re to stay in parramatta. Convenient position close to shops. Parking is too expensive and the restaurant has gone downhill recently but the breakfast is good. The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and clean.

Don't ask for scrambled eggs for breakfast, it takes them 30min to make one.

It is a four-star hotel, and its facilities are very old. Conveniently located near the big shopping mall Westfield.

High quality and great people make this place a great one to stay when in Sydney.

Nice decor and quite location in the heart of Parramatta city.

Definitely a business type of hotel but in a good location and offers great services decent sized rooms with comfortable beds

Good comfortable room but the breakfast service was very mixed. Travelling alone I had my table cleared multiple times while getting food from the buffet. The first day I was asked if I wanted eggs, on the second day no such question, but others were asked if they wanted coffee. No such question to me. I mentioned these problems at checkout and was comped a breakfast which was appropriate.

4 stars compared to other "holiday Inn" type hotels. Facilities basic but okay. All clean. Good location. Pleasant staff. Suit business traveller or overnight stay. 4th star added because of the great General Burke hotel across the road. Worth checking General Burke website to help you decide.

The prices too dare , in their website they advertised that save 80%, but when you make booking they top up a double price , unbelievable, their price you can book in Al Bahamas Island.

Not bad.... rooms nice and spacious.all you can eat breakfast excellent.

Nice hotel, but the windows aren't sealed very well so you can hear everything outside and with the current bushfires, you could smell the smoke

Hotel is ok - in a quiet area. The Westfields shopping centre is close by, and a small children's park behind the hotel. Room was a bit dated, but the bed and pillows were nice and comfortable. Food was ok as well.

Good place to stay when on business. Centrally located.

Spacious, breakfast area was clean and coffee good. Ideal for meeting up in a group.

My company has been booking here for over 10 years.. it has the generic expectancy that the larger hotel chains offer like pay for WiFi and tv and nothing is a problem for a small fee other than that clean and tidy and nice staff....

We would stay here again. Great service and the pool was a nice temperature. We stay at so many hotels where we can't use the pool as they are freezing. The location is very close to the shops too so you can leave the car.

We enjoyed our stay, room was clean and reasonably priced. Its about time to give the bathroom an upgrade I think - its still 70s style of shared bathtub and shower, and you endup with a wet bathroom from the water dripping thru the shower curtain.
Breakfast is $29 kids free. Quite a good variation my daughter was happy. We also enjoyed the pool and spa, plenty of towels tx.
Parking is $17 per night next to the hotel, I wish this things are explained this in the ad though.

Its a nice place staff are helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet. Little expensive compared to other hotels of same standard

We have been to Holiday Inn a few times now. Each time.we come we seem to be even more impressed. The staff are just amazing, so friendly and helpful.
We have particularly found Chamarie just outstanding, and also Nigel in the restaurant impeccable and joyous. The whole complex is fastidiously clean and also has a nice aroma when you walk into the entrance.
The breakfast is to die for,we love it. Again beautifully presented and so yummy. Perfect score for this hotel.

Great outdoor area for a few drinks on a sunny afternoon. Bit of a wait to get served as the bar isn't manned, but all in all a nice quiet location. With plenty of seats outside.

I had a king bed room on level 4 facing east.
Comfortable room with functional desk. Quiet and dark when required.
Good lighting.
Good staple amenities, refreshed daily.

My booking also included breakfast - the food was of good standard and quality. Plenty of variety.

Location to train was fairly ok, and fairly easy access (short walk).

All in all it was a good experience, and would use them again.

On Check in i was advised i had to pay $150 (as a deposit) for the mini bar, not just a credit card imprint but i had the cash taken out of my account, which was later returned on my check out. I think $150 was very much over the top for a mini bar which was scarcely stocked. I also was made to wait in the foyer on check out as they checked my room to ensure i hadn't taken anything from the mini bar. This is the first time i have had either of these things happen to me and I am not impressed. I have used ich in surfers many times and not once had either of these issues.

My wife and myself attended a meeting and the environment was friendly and courteous. Coffee from the SHOP was really enjoyed by us and presented professionally.

Stayed in a 1 br suite for concert. its ok. Room was decent, 2 living areas, 2 large tvs. Bed average, and bathroom dated, bordering on unacceptable. Bathroom needs complete renovation, room otherwise was good. had to ask twice for our packahe inclusions. $15 to park, breakfast good. Pool spa cold! All in all 3/5.

Lifts are really slow and fairly pricey food options. Really good customer service

Verry bad customer service unprofessional staff stay only one night there and never ever go there again thanks for abusing me i wish to gave you guys less than 1 star becouse of the rude service and not even only you no the room as well i travel alot never see room like that view the ask about looking and rubbish back of the building this is when you ask about good view

Holiday Inn is situated at a convenient location,next to the transport and close to Parramatta CBD. The hotel staff is friendly and the kitchen staff is professional. I attended a training here and the training rooms are good,well lit, food is fantastic and location is perfect. Thank you hotel team!

This place has some of the best service I've received in a hotel. Lovely and attentive. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel but nothing spectacular. Staff pleasant. Food is very ordinary and overpriced. Extremely small servings. I very rarely have to order dessert to fill me up. Maybe thats their bigger agenda.

It is near to public transport , it is near to restaurants

Been here twice now and I'll be coming back again. Staff are so lovely and very professional and the rooms are always clean. The beds are amazing too.

Nice hotel, location is little bit fair from sydney cbd, but being an indian lots of indian people and indian restaurants nearby.

The Holiday Inn is a quality hotel. I didn't spend very long there as it was only a social event however I enjoyed my stay for that amount of time.
