Great location a short walk from restaurants, and shops including Westfield. Parking onsite. Very friendly staff. Full onsite amenities including restaurant, bar, gym and outdoor pool. Comfortable full size rooms with study desk and 24/7 room service.
Stayed here for 2 nights in Jan. Received excellent service from every staff member. In-room dining was excellent and the rooms were well maintained.

OK, this is the old Courtyard Marriott and has always been a favourite of mine. Still a reasonable hotel, albeit the lifts still need to be upgraded.
I attended a workshop here. Loved that there was parking at a reasonable day rate. Coffee was expensive.
Disgusting I booked a room with baby they charged me 289$ excluded meal. Bathroom tub is cracked. When I ask to someone he told me I paid 190 for room per 1 day. Rude receptionist never stay here

The cleaner was nothing but rude, I had the do not disturbed sign up and the chain on the door. She's bashed on the door waking me then put a note under the door saying we respect your privacy if you need clean towels etc let us know, about to 2hrs later she was back bashing on the door I got up out of bed and opened the door. She barged past me and into my room with her vacuum cleaner and pulling sheets off the bed. When the hotel emailed asking about my stay I told them about the cleaner however they replied saying it was "irrelevant and inappropriate". The reviews on their site are ones they chose to put up all the rest are disregarded.

Great, security, multi level in a quiter side street of Parramatta, at a very reasonable price, with secure car park available at an extra nightly rate. We included breakfast in our booking rate and were delighted with the buffet and its variety of foods. Friendly and efficient staff. Bed was firm and bath tub was generously sized. We would be happy to book again.
Good hotel in Parramatta. A short walk to shops nearby. Convenient standard checkout at 11am. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Not a fan of the shower curtains but the room was generally clean considering the age of the hotel. Generous size rooms too.
This place is beautiful. Clean, friendly, and the bed.. omg this bed is the most comfortable bed! And the spa in the room was fantastic. Outstanding service, delicious breakfast included. Really happy with our experience here and would recommend to anyone.

Everything was amazing. The spare bed was already made for us and the air con was blasting before we arrived. Made for a very pleasant welcome. The master bedroom was perfect and the staff were so nice.
can't praise this place enough. Have stayed here everytime I come to Sydney and it's always a pleasure to deal with them. It's always a nice surprise to get free parking or have breakfast included. This is my go to hotel when in Sydney. The rooms are clean, staff always helpful and friendly. It's a short walk to the train station which will get you to most places. Westfield shopping centre is just over the road. Makes for easy food options if your don't want to get room service.

I love the clean rooms. Hotel service is good. I enjoyed the 3 night stay here. I was given the room on top floor which had nice view of east sydney. Breakfast omelet was perfectly cooked and coffee was great was well. Check in and check out process was quick and easy.
Good accommodation, though the mattress had substantial depressions where one would sleep. Slept soundly though. Only negative was the total lack of water pressure due to the low flow shower head. I couldn't imagine trying to wash my hair considering how long it took to rinse soap off my hairy legs.

This Hotel is located in a very convenient position and the room was very clean and very comfortable. Bathrooms and the facilities provided were adequate to our needs and the bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, we were required to pay an extra $18.00 to be able to park our car overnight as there is only 2 hour parking on the street during the day.

Good place to hangout in its lounge. It is mostly famous for tourists and people visiting Australia. A pleasant street and parking is also available in good numbers.
The US brand hotel choices for visitors in this area of NSW is limited. So if you are looking to get reward points, check out this hotel. The accommodations are excellent. The food and drinks are always very good. They just upgraded their exercise room to have new equipment. The hotel is a little far from restaurants in walking distance (15 minute walk) unless you want to try the local Chinese or Indian places.
Absolutely horrifying experience. My wife was bit at night with something in the bed and I called down to the concierge who seemed less than concerned. He did not apologize but shoved us off and said that we had to talk to management in the morning. When approached she claimed that it was probably ants. What disgust. Avoid this hotel period!
