Great Holiday Inn property; warm friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Easy access into Parramatta CBD and easy access to transport into Sydney.

Was checking out the Hotel for long term stay (more than 2 weeks) but was disappointed that they do not provide free in-house parking and guest laundry (self-service). Other than these, the Hotel looks clean and nice, very convenient to the Train Station and Westfield's Shopping Center.

Does what it says on the tin, and the restaurant was good. Nothing to write home about though.

I stay in this hotel most weeks. Yes the facilities may need a refresh but the hotel has become like a 2nd home. Very good staff, very wecoming. Good area and easy access to a number of good attractions in the local and greater sydney area.

I stay here everytime I visit NSW and can highly recommend it. The food and service is great with a Gym and Pool part of the amenities. 10/10

A well maintained hotel in the middle of Parramatta s CBD. Though slightly dated, the hotel provided for a good nights sleep, and also had some great facilities in the room, such as an oversized bathroom and a coffee pod machine. The downside was the vast majority of the Foxtel channels were not working properly, along with the lack of any audio system in the room. The restaurant downstairs served a delicious breakfast, and the pool and spa were refreshing too. Overall not a bad stay at all.

My son woke up with bites ALL over and NO COMPENSATION. This place should be shut down by authorities.

Management should be ashamed of accusing us of lying and not helping out one bit.

There is a shopping mall in about 5 minutes on foot.
There are food courts, restaurants and supermarkets there.
It is convenient for food and shopping.
The station is about 5 minutes on foot.

You can come by train from the airport.
Less than $ 80 for a taxi.

Good place to stay. Excellent menu. Very expensive parking.

The conference facilities were awesome and the staff were lovely! I didn't get the chance to stay there, was only attending a meeting, but the foyer was immaculately cleaned. I would definitely recommend it for meetings and conferences.

Friendly service but decor could improve plus the furniture in the room needs repair work other that its ok..

I have stayed in that hotel few times in the past. However I won t stay there anymore.
We have booked 3 nights in 2x double bed room for 3 people with breakfast included.
On arrival day, I have checked the website and one bedroom suit with king bed and sofa bed was available for few $ less.
Upon checking in, I did ask the lady in reception if she could change our room to one bedroom suit, but she said we have to pay $50 extra per night to get that room(!)
I passed.

We have been told that Breakfast includes one item from the menu and one drink (hot or cold).

However upon checking out I was charged for 2 coffees as addition to our breakfast(!)
Lady in reception said the coffee isn t included(!).

Seriously?

Tv in room were turned off each time fridge compressor start working!

Only one positive was the clean room and bathroom, but that s because excellent room service staff, which I can t say about hotel management.

Great hotel to stay in when visiting Parramatta, great staff and location.

Good hotel, close to paramatta central. A bit outdated in decor, lifts that open slowly, but good service, nice staff

Hotel staff is super pleasant and great to work with. One of the best breakfast I've had at a hotel. They have a little bit of everything. Rooms were clean and large enough to stretch out. It's very close to the train station and shopping. Excellent stay overall.

Amazing. Staff amazing & friendly. Food amazing. Room amazing. Wifi decent speeds. Checkin & checkout was a breeze.

The front staff Maria was not efficient had put my call on hold for 10 mins just let u know the price for 2 nights for family of 4 and call got disconnected. I understand the price keeps changing. Not expected from a 4 star properties.

Decent room size and generally quiet rooms. Elevator ding can be heard in a room more than halfway down the corridor, maybe bothersome for some. In room amenities did not include a toothbrush, but was provided promptly upon request. Travelled for business.

Humble staff, very helpful will keep assisting. They would really make sure it's all good.

Went on work function. Nice facilities, clean and very friendly front of house. Fantastic range of food was laid out for lunch. Wish I had a huge doggy bag.

Bad furniture over charge when I can get better guys don t ever get ripped off my holiday in bad service dirty Carpet I mean to be getting 2 bed for the price and only got 1 bed only

Very nice, clean. The food was good also, had good vegetarian options. The service could be more friendly. There is a wonderful outdoor area in the forecourt with tables and chairs, surprisingly you aren't allowed to eat there as it is only for smoking.

There are a lot of tourists and it is a little noisy.

Staff service could be much better. Room ameneties / supplies werent refreshed

5 stars for Nigel who went above and beyond every time to make us happy. Came here twice for the company and both times he was exceptional.

The Location is very conviniened and I had a good rest at this Hotel.
Check-In was no problem and my room was nicely located on the third floor. The room itself was spacy and pretty clean. Have a look at my pictures that will give you a good idea about the room and bathroom.
Because the weather was nice and warm I tried the swimming pool (salt-water pool) just behind the Hotel. Eventhough it is a rather small pool, it provides a nice opportunity to exersice and relax.
A little bit disappointing was the breakfast bar. In my case there were way too many guests at once and the choices were pretty slim.
All in all I had a good stay and all staff were very friendly.

Good price for rooms . Room was clean and good size . A little dated but I think that is reflected in the price .

Well appointed rooms, friendly staff and convenient location. Parramatta Chinatown is walking distance, as is Westfield Parramatta.

I booked a room online for two days couple of months ago . The day before my journey to parramatta I called reception to make sure everything is ok and the lady on reception confirmed that everything is ok and full cost already taken from my debit card. Next date I arrived to the hotel at about 7pm (even though check in time was around 1p.m) due to internal flight delay. Once I went to the reception counter no one was there and I heard they are talking inside. After 20-30 minutes reception lady came the counter. When I give my booking printout, she told me that I should make a deposit and asked my bank card and driving licence. Then I gave my bank card with overseas driving licence as I'm temporary resident and I didn't have Australian driving licence. Then she told that she can't take overseas driving licence as valid identity and insisted that I should give australian driving licence. I said to her that,this is the only identity I have and also told that she didn't tell these things when I called previous day. Then she told that if I want to stay in the hotel in that night I must produce driving licence or she would cancel my booking and I should leave the hotel. It was about 7.30 p.m and my baby was crying due to restless.
These people are very nasty people. So I don't recommend this place.

Nice place: close to public transportation, business center, a lot of good restaurants. This Holiday inn has a nice pool and very good breakfast.

Close to city center and public transport.spacious rooms. Shower in the bath so a tall person needs to watch out.

Love coming here when we have to travel to Sydney for the Westmead Children's Hospital. The restaurant next to the lobby has 5 star quality and service. Very reasonable prices, plus a massive bonus that the kids eat free! All the staff here are fantastic every time we visit, but I want to give a big shout-out to the wonderful waitresses that make the dining experience even more special.
