Amazing quality rooms, comfy beds, good continental breakfast and a decent gym. For a week long visit, wether it is for work or Holiday, this place is fantastic.

Good connection to Sydney via Mascot and great breakfast

I have to say that I am not dissatisfied with this hotel I travel quite often and see a lot of hotels and this hotel is doing a really good job at trying to make you comfortable. From the first day the hotel manager greeted me very well and when I got back from work that day he had arranged for me to have a larger room at no additional cost which I thought was very nice of him. The room is very clean sheets are very clean everything was in order I don't see an issue with the room that I do have I think that I am very lucky to have gotten a room I did. The only issue I could probably point out that they could do better would be to have complementary coffee in the lobby so that you don't have to call room service for it or have to go to your room and make it.

we booked a room for family I-e two double beds. Upon arrival at 11:30 pm , the reception told me that we haven t made the room ready because you booked it this morning. We can give you a double bed room with sofa bed. And I was charged for the family room.

Nice property but bit far from sydney cbd connected by train. Close to train station though.

clean and good facilities. Room was spacious with an executive desk suitable for working. Buffet Breakfast was tasty with sufficient selection and good customer service. Even had a usb phone charger cable available for loan. Approx 10 minutes brisk walk from the Westfield and Paramatta train station.

Good continental room. It is convenient to go to a nearby mall for dining and shopping, and there are many Chinese restaurants along the way. The hotel restaurant was good. Eat surprisingly soft and delicious Aussie beef steak. Breakfast is good too.

Walk to PARRAMATTA WESTFIELD, so the location is acceptable. The hotel is a bit old and the rooms are not very big. Moderately old and new.

Finger food were OK. Not much staff interaction and little that was, was very transactional

Clean spacious rooms and good service. The building and facilities are a little old but everything inside works. Rates were reasonable too. Enjoyed my stay overall.

Didn't stay here and won't. $15 extra per day for parking is a scam

The staff's attitude was faultless. After asking for a vegetarian meal option (for lunch) none was forthcoming. Disappointed.

Service was great! And the pillows n bed excellent. Food was average. But the kids wat free makes it worth while. Room was good except the bathroom which is more like a motel then a hotel. Old and dated. But once again the service was AMAZING!

We tend to go here every year for a marriage retreat. The staff are so kind and helpful with everything from checking in to parking to buffet. The rooms are nice and give you an option to sleep on a firm or soft pillow. Great attention to detail in this respect.

We have traveled all over the world and this is probably one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed in. Hotel seems outdated, dirty, and crowded. Only one elevator worked while we stayed there, and with busloads of tourists coming and going, we would have to wait 10-15 minutes to get to our room. Hotel staff is clueless and not very pleasant. They had no amenities or even ice of vending machines.

What an old filthy DUMP! This should not be called a Holiday Inn, more like a budget lodge with its FILTHY CARPET (my daughter's socks were black from the filth), worn out furniture, holes in towels, and old, dingy lighting (you can barely see the room as the lights are so dim). The lobby is deceiving because it's very nice but the rooms are disgusting. Stay away from this hell hole.

Quite a nice place to conduct business conferences but only problem being lack of internet over Wifi.

Wouldn t recommend coming here except a 200$ bond but wouldn t let me use my card on my phone then had to cancel my booking and lost $200 when it only cost $230

Good hotel in Parramatta. Rooms are nice. Breakfast is decent.
