The rooms are pleasant and the staff are nice. How...
The rooms are pleasant and the staff are nice. However there are not enough staff on duty for the size of the event. Long waits to order food and drinks were common.

The staff are welcoming and attentive to the guest's needs. The room I stayed in was simple but pleasantly furnished and comfortable. All of the amenities worked well. I would be very happy to stay here again.
Shocking service poor customer service made a booking on their app cancelled it four weeks before and they ve taken the money regardless out of my account when I didn t even stay fraud right there told I would not get my money back as it s an advanced purchase. Shall be contacting my bank as they take money without your permission do not use where are your terms and conditions nothing mentioned on that shocking App!
Ok. Room blew a fuse when we plugged in hair straighteners. was told we could use them. They could not find key to electrical box so we had to move rooms. This was done quickly through. Drinks very expensive.
Evening meal poor. No staff to seat us, too many people at one time, food ran out, desserts still frozen. On the plus side comfy bed and nice room.
Cold room, cold staff (with some exemptions),not very clean. Overall Disappointing !!!
Good location off the M40. Easy to find. Close to local amenities.
Nice staff, great breakfast, comfortable bed and nearby supermarket for snacks
Room refurb is nice good location for work. Only thing missing is a gym. Great place to stop.
Staff so hard working and helpful. Rooms comfortable and very clean. Nice food
Excellent, lovely & clean, staff attentive, food quite good, plenty of options, very comfortable accommodation..
Nice quiet place, service level. Everything as expected. Seamlessly.
Very poor service from duty manager, booked a family room, but my children had to sleep on the floor. Food choice and quality was very poor. The sausages for breakfast were disgusting, I believe Jamie Oliver describes the ingredients as pink slime. First and last time I will stay at a Holiday Inn.
Parking enforcement is brutal. Nobody on reception when I entered, so didn't realise you needed to sign in.
OK. Bit tired. Nice staff. Expensive average dinner. OK breakfast
Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. Great location for our stay
Easy to find. Very close to junction on the M40. Close to a shopping centre and restaurants.
Stayed at HandyCon. Very friendly staff, good facilities, good food.
Really comfortable beds and quiet for a good night's sleep, room came with breakfast buffet, and the room was also reasonably priced
Mum's birthday weekend. The room we had hired for the party was nice when eventually they removed the partition and laid the tables out. We were told it would be ready.
Our bedroom was OK but the bathroom smelt of sewage or drains. Or could be that the air extraction was not working. Who knows?
It made my girlfriend gag and it was not pleasant for me either.
Won't be staying there again.
M40... Would have pases at 70mph so did not take notes..
Only gets 3 stars because there was a football match playing on all TV's in the lobby/diner. When I tried to return to my room and finish the game, I discovered the hotel doesn't provide that channel. How disappointing.
A pretty average business hotel. Nothing to get excited about but nothing to get upset about either
Went here for a Company Christmas party. First thing make sure you sign in with reception as Parking Eye operate the car park .... you could end up with a parking ticket if you don't. Room for party can hold up to 80 people. Food was ok. Vegetarian and vegan options were limited. Bar was ok but could have been a little quicker with the drinks.
Great place to stay very clean large rooms and good food
Standard holiday in. Bed was comfortable, firm. Which is what I like.
The shower wasn t as powerful as I would expect in a hotel. Beside the quality of the bed, the shower is the most important thing... it was a little disappointing.
For dinner I didn t eat here, as the menu was a little limited. So I when to a local Resturant.
Breakfast- came with the room price, was a little limited, but adequate.
Nice well refurbished hotel. Set in a leisure park. When we stayed the heating wasn't working very well in the rooms. The breakfast was excellent.
Brilliant Holiday Inn, food was delicious and breakfast amazing. Very comfortable bed, lovely staff.
I come here to have a coffee and lunch with a friend of mine very often. Some of the staff are lovely. Nice food, nice atmosphere. Remember to register your car at reception because there are cameras in their car park and you will be fined if you don't register your vehicle.
As usual excellent service, comfortable rooms and pleasant surroundings.
As a visitor, I had to register my car at reception. Staff were friendly and helpful. A lovely place that I'd be happy to return to.
Attend a course here, was easy to find, some people missed the car park entrance, but i found it easily enough, good track and trace, you must register your car at reception otherwise a car park fees will apply. Reason food service toasted cheese and mushroom toastie was good.
Great food but bed a bit uncomfortable apart from that a great stay
Went for a meeting over coffee. Nice and quiet, good atmosphere. Tables were big enough to have coffee and equipment on them
It is a clean hotel, but it is only as large as a Japanese high business hotel. There is no space to open and pack the luggage. Breakfast gets tired because it is always the same at the buffet.
Stay here a lot - friendly staff and clean rooms that have recently been updated. My go-to hotel when I'm in the area
Decent hotel - location is convenient for driving as it's just off the M40, though you need to travel a fair bit to get to High Wycombe station. Standard double rooms are comfortable particularly if you stay in the newly refurbished area (ground floor) - not sure what the rest of the rooms are like as I've only stayed here twice, both times on Ground. Breakfast is usual buffet-style, there is Starbucks-branded coffee available and there is a large and free car park. The rooms you can hire for meetings / events are well priced and modern. Don't expect 5-star rooms, decor or treatment - it is, after all, a Holiday Inn!
Staff were friendly and helpful, beds were really comfy
Very good experience. Friendly staff and a pleasant environment.
I will never recommend this group of hotels..the customer service is absolutely diabolical when it comes to handling complaints..charged twice for a stay that i had cancelled within the cancellation period and have only been refunded one set of money..have had to make numerous calls to get to this stage and they previously promised me a refund and have now denied my refund..They clearly do not value customers..
Went to an event on 'property Investment' advertised on Facebook. Held by "LEGACY Education Alliance, Inc." It was a SCAM. Wasted my Time Energy and Fuel money.
Most expensive of the hotels around the area, but had a great stay. No stresses to worry about. Parking and breakfast was included. Breakfast was very very good. Selection of full English, fruit, cereal and yogurts. Tea and coffee available. Room was lovely. Would stay again.
Great price, clean and tidy room. Easy access to M40.
Went to the Holiday Inn to use a in a paid for meeting room, got a Parking Fine! You need to give your car registration at reception. Well I went to reception but was not informed about this. The signage is not good enough, I didn't see a single sign! maybe better signage and train receptionist to ask for drivers car reg when they communicate with people.
Clean comfy rooms. Helpful staff. Good option if you need to stay in the area for a couple of nights.
Only attended a meeting in the common area, but it was comfortable, clean with good coffee and other refreshments.
Beware though, you do need to Register your Car's Registration No. at the Reception, or you will get a heafty bill in the Post!
Parking is otherwise free.
Nice place to stay. House keeping staff needs to be closely monitored while they prepare rooms.
Not the best run IHG hotel by any means. Poorly stocked bar and on our visit a very noisy bar area with uncontrolled children and dogs and oblivious management. General public areas not very clean. Nice room and bed but poor air conditioning. Useful Frankie & Bennies next door and nearby TGI Fridays and Asda with McD. Close to motorway for easy access. A below average stopping off place.
Great location with the hotel being just off the M40. The food (evening meal and breakfast) was also enjoyed by my family and the staff were very polite.
Lovely staff. A regular place for me to stay with a restaurant that produces very good food considering it's a holiday inn. Steak / curry are both very good dishes.
Christmas party. The song was good and they offered very discounted rooms for the no guy which I took them up on. The dinner was for about 70 people, the food was very average but no better or worse than another similar hotel we have been to before. Disco wD included and also average. But all in all, an OK night for the price.
Excellent food, superb coffee machines on free bend, warm and welcoming staff, clean and very easy to navigate.
The rooms are great spacious and clean my ,helpfully staff on front desk ,but ipaid for dinner and breakfast ,I had no dinner as there was only rice and chips avalible that I liked on the menu ,so I had to order a pizza in which cost me more money and I also had dirty cutlery at my table
Great location just off the motorway. Lunch was great and a good selection available for everyone. Didn't stay there over night
Went there to meet a few friends for a short meeting. Friendly staff and informal atmosphere.
The hotel is dated, but cheap. Staff are very friendly and the hotel is close proximity to the M40 motorway.
Work Christmas lunch was good. They do hold a good service although the roast potatoes and veg need a bit extra work. Salmon was lovely.
Joined colleagues for a brief meeting in the bar area. Staff pleasant; bar service good.
Staff get polite and accommodating great service whilst there for work meeting
Nice rooms, good value. Hotel understaffed considering there was 200 person event on. Food options not great for those with social dietary requirements.
My experience this weekend at the Holiday Inn High wycombe was wonderful i had a very lay back relaxing time enjoying my Anniversary .The manager was delightful very warm welcoming even gave me a complmentary bottle of wine and Card..My room was very cosy and comfortable with everything i needed.Beakfast and all my meals was devine .Am now a club member.and will be visiting Hoilday Inn very often .And i will invite family and friend to stay there .
Convenient for meetings, usually fairly easy to find d a space. Meeting rooms available.
The room was very comfortable. Pillows were firm. Stayed in a family room that was very spacious. Would recommend and would stay again
Nice hotel, friendly staff.
Sorted out the problem with our room pretty quickly and got complementary drinks too.
I had been there for charging my EV. Great ambience for the hotel. Friendly staff. Liked the car registration system.
Excellent place for a night stopover. Checked in around midnight by a night manager who was absolutely brilliant. Not sure of his name but he has curly hair and a beard and is in his 30s. Holiday Inn take note you have a real star working for you. My stay was 21st February 2020.
