Excellent front office staff, good food options and there are cinemas, shopping and other food options near by!

Recent refurb evident. Could do with external signs in car park directing to Reception

Pleasant staff, relatively easy to find, quite central.

Excellent venue for board game convention (day visitor). Only issue was running out of popular beers.

Very friendly staff and the food is good quality. Did not stay over night but the facilies were good

Was here for a meeting recently - great friendly staff, brilliant food and a warm welcome. Only downside was the air con was on too high for me and the meeting rooms felt cold!

Friendly/helpful staff, good food for reasonable prices, clean, modern budget hotel. Took covid measures very seriously. Overall a very pleasant short stay.

On a 2 day trip through national holidays this was our stopover, well all I can say is I would definitely stay here again, clean, tidy food was great very tasty. Good night's sleep no complaints at all.

Easy to get to. Nice, modern feel. Didn't stay there, but function rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff pleasant and accommodating. More pizza required for a convention crowd!

Do not let them put you in room 23.. it is directly opposite the clearners storage.. that is unless you want to be woken up at 6am..
The bed side light switch was faulty and intermittent, basically worked when it wanted to. I would not use this hotel again.

Asked for two toast with jam and a coffee, but got four toast (okay so I can understand the confusion in ordering toast which actually means two pieces not one), marmalade and tea! Interesting. Wouldn't have actually minded at all except the girl serving me clearly took exception to having to sort out my refund and actually get me a coffee. I went and got the Jam myself and finished my toast well before the coffee arrived. And then I'm the one apologizing for the hassle it's caused her! I must be an idiot. She did at least come round a bit later to me and some others to see if we wanted anything else so it wasn't all bad and the level of service is usually excellent anyway!

Nice and clean. Quick check in. Room didn't have enough items (bath robes, drinks, tea etc) for 3 people that were booked in. Called reception and a maid quickly appeared with more than necessary. Nice breakfast with plenty choice.

Stayed overnight on Boxing Day 2018 to attend a funeral the next morning. Plenty of parking on site and my "executive" room was cosy, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. All the staff I encountered were exceptionally polite,
cheerful and very helpful. The breakfast next morning was well worth the money!! It kept me going for the rest of the day and evening.

It's ok to spend the night if need to take a break halfway to Coventry.

You know what to expect and this Holiday Inn provides the hassle free stay that you deserve. Many restaurants in walking distance. If your thinking of staying here, stop looking around and book it, you won't be disappointed.

Very welcome. I was here with my son for a conference and had a great time.

Just popped in for a coffee. My wifes iPhone was dead so we asked if they had a charger we could borrow for 5 mins but the response was very negative and nothing materialised. Wether or not they had a charger the response should have been better.

Quite adequate for business trips. The hotel is going through refurbishment so the rooms are quite new and nice. The only issue I had was a bit of noise on my first day as was trying to get some sleep after a long journey during office hours. The breakfasts are decent and I wanted to mention Mrs. Svetlana that always made breakfasts a nicer experience asking if everything is good or if I want anything from the menu. Spending two weeks there it was definietly a plus and great customer service from her side.

Second time here. Great reasonably priced food. Close to Supermarket and Frankie and Benny's. Quiet well glazed rooms.

Beds are very comfy staff very helpful cannot fault it very pleased
