Holiday Inn Express & Suites Richfield Review

Absolutely love the Holiday Inn & Suites in Richfield Utah very accommodating very very good mattresses you will sleep like you've never slept it is also very very pretty.

A good place to stay. Clean rooms, indoor pool, hot tub, and good service.

This was a good room. Had a call to the room to check that it was to our liking. I appreciated that they checked. The room was clean and roomy and had a comfortable bed.

Overall the rooms were clean and comfortable. The air condition in our room was somewhat loud making it difficult to sleep. Also the to go breakfast was just a granola bar and a can of orange juice. If we would have know that I would have gone and got breakfast somewhere else. However those are my only complaints and would stay at this hotel again.

Very clean and comfortable room. A little pricy but worth it. Breakfast was better then most hotel breakfast however the milk was spoiled.

My wife was set the hotel with a group. I called days ahead and requested an adjoining room.
The FD staff delivered and we had a great stay.
Both rooms were in excellent condition, the staff was on point and the breakfast bar was great.

Clean rooms, beds a little saggy. Good views. Polite staff. Pool, hot tub and fitness center. Laundry.

The suite is huge! It was very nice. Beds and pillows are comfy. Lots of channels on the TV.

Room was clean, comfortable and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Sleep was good.

I have stayed here everytime I go home for breaks. I have never had an issue until recently they charged me an extra $20 and when I called to ask they claimed I "walked off with the shower gel". I did not walk off with the shower gel, I always have my own. My room didn't even have shower gel in it when I arrived and I didn't think anything of it. Not staying here again, I don't appreciate being falsely accused of taking something I wasn't provided.

Nice rooms, clean and great views of the mountains. For being in such a secluded area there are options for food (Subway and some wing place). The front staff where SO nice and accommodating and really went above an beyond for our entire stay.

Clean, spacious rooms, large parking lot, nice lobby, and near plenty of places to eat. This was a perfect place for us to stay during our quick drive-thru on the way to CA.

Clean, well maintained HIE. Staff are friendly and breakfast area is well stocked and kept clean, which isn't always easy with kids. And some adults.

They have some of the most comfortable beds. The decor both room and building is very modern with granite counters, etc. Pet Friendly as well but I never hear or smell them while I'm there I've been visiting for years and look forward to a good night sleep on my CA to CO road tripa. The staff if great and it's right off the freeway.

Perfect. Met all expectations. Room was immaculate and in good repair. A real down pillow, firm! I enjoyed the egg white veggie omelette and turkey sausage, fresh fruit and Chobani. I was delighted to find a cinnamon sprinkler for the coffee!

This was a very nice hotel. It has a nice pool and jaquzzi. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and the beds were very nice and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

I want to give Brodie a shout out! He was extremely kind, personable, professional, hilarious, and swift. The hotel its self was very clean and practicing perfect Social Distancing procedures. Comfortable pillows and bed.

Very accommodating, friendly and helpful front desk. Rooms were clean, spacious with everything nessesary you forget to pack. Breakfast all delicious, simple, and tasty. Pool in-doors, excersize room, all excellent. Except one thing,......... don't put wild uncontrollable, jumping jacks children above people who need to sleep who must drive long distance or the elderly or people with PTS. Most of these people are not as tolerate as me.

It was a nice facility. Had a few issues with the TV and no toilet paper but as soon as we called the front desk they took care of it. Great complimentary breakfast

The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was was , the pool was cool, and the breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast. The view outside the window was amazing in the evening.

Certainly all the competence and amenities I've come to expect from the chain, and the desk clerk was quite friendly. She even recognised me when I came down to get my room key remagnetised. She and my wife are both from Pittsburgh, and they chatted about the Steelers. Admittedly, there was no one in a queue behind us, but the desk clerk seemed delighted to talk with us. It really made us feel welcome.

Nice place looks new and clean. Will be staying again.

This place is gorgeous. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Just as I expected. No problems, nice room, decent breakfast.

First to check-in for a reservation at 3pm based on their policy, and room was still not ready. After a few moments, the front desk rep found an available room. Once we got to our room, we noticed this was a much smaller room than the one we had a week prior at this hotel. It appears this room's space was sacrificed for a special Housekeeping storage room. Front desk rep didn't have any other rooms available so we were stuck with that room. I was pretty annoyed that I was paying more so he was at least nice enough to price match it to what I paid a week prior. This hotel is one of the newer ones in town, but their prices are way too high for a place that most people are just driving through and needing an overnight stay.

Clean, friendly service, very comfortable beds. Road proximity a bit distracting but pretty well drowned out by the fan.

This hotel is very noisy you can hear doors open outside the room you can hear people talking it's not as good as the Candlewood Suites or it's very quiet in the construction of the rooms are a lot better.

This is a nice, clean place to stay. We slept well and had a quiet night.

Everything was good at check in. They need new towels and shampoo. The lady who take care the breakfast she was on my way all the time. I couldn't move because she was there. Then my husband move to the area to get coffee and there she was again. She needs to stay away from people. My husband and I almost bump into her. My husband didn't like it at all, he was upset. We travel a lot because we are marines, so we stay all the time at holiday Inn allover the country. This was my first time having this experience. Next time if I stay in this hotel I'm not going to have breakfast. I rather go an pay somewhere else.

One of the nicer 3 star hotels that I've stayed at. Very clean and comfortable beds. Air conditioning worked well and parking was open and trailer friendly.

Clean and inexpensive. Holiday inn express gives you a free breakfast but it's not great. This hotel smells strongly of chlorine from the pool. I felt like I could still smell it on the third floor.

The first hotel to meet our request for assist ready audio output for my husband's hearing aids. Great

This is a nice hotel, much nicer than others in the area that are in the same price range. They have a decent pool and hot tub. Their workout room is modest but they have freeweights which I always appreciate. They also had a very good breakfast spread, and checkout on Sunday was at noon which was lovely.

Rooms were clean, comfortable. Breakfast was good. We would stay there again.
