Holiday Inn Express & Suites Richfield Review

Great Holiday inn experience, unfortunate that there was highway construction that contributed to a slightly noisy room from traffic.

I enjoyed every min, i was there cheating on my husband with Chad Moton!!

Clean rooms with comfortable beds.
A nice indoor pool and hot tub.
Very polite staff.
Quality grab and go breakfast.

5 stars for clean rooms, great shower, comfortable bed, big room (king size bed), good working ac and decent sized lcd tv.

I always stay at Holiday inns. Their price is reasonable, and the rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable, and their employees are very accommodating. Before covid 19, I also appreciated their breakfasts every morning.

Clean room, comfy queen beds, for a good price. High water pressure in the showers (always nice!). Check-in was quick, but otherwise didn't interact with staff. Would stay again!

Rooms are very nice and comfortable.The staff are so welcoming are friendly. Felt like home.

The hotel itself is nice The staff is quite incompetent. We reserve two rooms and then called to make sure that we could get adjoining rooms, they told us it wouldn't be a problem. But when we got there we had two rooms next to each other not adjoining. Like I could put all my kids in a room with no adult.

The room was quiet, well insulated, and very well kept. The staff was attentive and helpful. They were also very knowledgeable about the area. The pool was a great amenity and so was the work out room--although it was fairly small. Overall it was a great place to stay, and I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone.

The place was clean and in order. The breakfast was awesome! Really good breakfast. They are really busy, so they can't always answer the phone quickly, but they are very friendly and helpful.

I was pleasantly impressed by this hotel. Not only was all the staff very friendly but the beds didnt hurt my back, the pillows weren't flat, there were plenty of sheets, shower water was hot and heat/air conditioning
worked seamlessly. The breakfast spread was one of the best I ever had at a hotel with omelets and cinnabon cinnamon rolls with a older lady that worked her tail off keeping everything stocked for the wave of customers. Would definitely stay here again and again.

Great location and value!!

Just got back from a few nights here and definitely want to recommend it to others. The location is perfect just minutes away from Sevier Valley Center and easily access to the rest of the city. Surprised at how spacious and comfortable the rooms are Clean and safe. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is great and well maintained. The Room has queen sized bed, with all the appointments refrig, micro, coffeemaker and supplies, TV, a/c. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was clean and well organized, which was nice. Breakfast was good, with a number of different options and varieties of food. The pool area was a little small, but other than that was also very nice.

The layout of the room we got was awkward. I didnt feel comfortable in the elevator.

A very nice and clean hotel. The breakfast buffet is extensive. However the hallways and ceilings are a little bit noisy so if you are a light sleeper, bring your earplugs. Other than that, great experience.

We have stayed here 2 years in a row now around new years and have yet to be disappointed. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and breakfast is good. We will certainly continue making this our stop over on long travels.

I have stayed at several holiday inns in the past. They have now lost my business. I had reserved two hotels in Richfield, Utah, and booked the wrong day. Since I booked through a work booking app, with a slight discount given. The reservation was non refundable, I was able to get my money back from the other one :) very easy. The holiday inn, of course, refused. Even though they still had three months to fill that spot. I now know to spend my money on other hotels and be more careful.

Room and night staff were great, breakfast and coffee were not up to standard. Beautiful hotel, rooms were very quiet.

Overall the stay was nice. The rooms we're spacious and the breakfast was pretty good. The worst part is that someones child pooped in the pool on our first stay here and they spent the rest of the time we were staying in the hotel to clean it so it was shut down for those following days.
