Excellent beds! Excellent breakfast! Amazing staff! Worth every penny!

Clean, comfortable with exceptionally helpful staff.

Very nice establishment. Tracy was very helpful in booking and once we were in the room. My only complaints are that the toilet paper was extremely cheap and the other is not really there fault, but made for an uncomfortable sleep for me, not my wife though. These beds are eastern king and I am 6'4"so my feet hung off the bed the entire night. Other than that a great place to stop am stay.

Very nice clean comfortable quiet hotel. Within walking distance of a nice steak house.

Booked a room late so we didnt have much interaction. We got 2 rooms on seperate floors but we were happy they got us in at all as all the hotels were booking up quick. Check in was quick and pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfy. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. After staying at our nornal go to chain a few days back in the area and it being pretty bad we were happy to find this little gem.

Very nice and clean place to stay very comfortable beds and they have a awesome hot breakfast so much to choose from to eat. Very friendly staff too. Plus a place to walk your dogs that's grass not rocks and a puppy poo bag box to pick up the waste.

Beds were amazing, hot water never ended, service was great, the place was clean. My only disappointments were the lack of water pressure, and the air unit was not very loud( I like the sound of a loud fan when I sleep)

Clean rooms, functional floorplans, comfy beds, great water pressure and temp control. The staff were some of the best I've ever encountered. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. I guess my only complaint would be that the hot tub was super over chlorinated and made your eyes burn just standing near it and there is no bathroom in the pool area. Keep up the great work and thanks for the great stay!

I was driving from Colorado to California and needed a place to sleep. This was perfect. Good room, good bed, good price. I don't remember the staffs' names but they were friendly and got me a room quick. Very happy customer!

The staff was very friendly and polite. The rooms where clean and neat when you arrived. The bathroom was very clean and the rooms made you feel like home after a lo g drive.

We went their for a Seminar, the staff was very friendly and the place was beautiful.

We booked the very last room on March 8th. I can't remembered the gentleman's name at the front desk a few weeks ago, but of course it is not common so I can't give him credit for the fast check in....pretty sure it was Laneal? He already had the paperwork printed and the key ready when we arrived! It was nice after driving through the snow in CO!!! Room was clean and hotel was clean. Would definitely recommend!

Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and they are pet friendly! They have a breakfast bar for the guests. I would definitely stay here again.

Love this place! Brought our 40lb border collie. Very pet friendly! Cami at the front desk was SO helpful and nice! Even gave our dog a treat! Grassy area out back, fenced in, for dogs. We stayed in a king suite and it was great! Decorated VERY nicely, dark wood tables and nightstands, granite countertops. Nice sofa with toss pillows. Great corner for reading with a comfy chair. Also a work desk. The lobby was beautiful with a flat screen above the fireplace comfy chairs with ottoman. They serve a free breakfast (will try it in the morning) with a full dining area. Indoor pool with jacuzzi. Nice gym as well. I highly recommend this place!

Nikki was the epitome of kind and professional from the booking of the room to the check in to bringing a crib to us on short notice. She is exemplary. Room was Nice and clean. Pool temperature was great.

We had our conference attendees stay at this hotel. It is one of the best in the Richfield area. There is a nice restaurant close by called Frontier.

The staff at the Richfield holiday inn is super helpful. I needed extra accommodations for my business trip and they handled every one for me without question and with smiles on their faces.

Best breakfast ever and the woman that does the breakfast is so nice Kami is her name I believe you won't find a better or cleaner place

This place is Great!
The morning breakfast is delicious and hot every moment! They have a huge variety of breakfast times to eat to guarantee satisfaction all morning.
(Breakfast times: busicuts and gravy, omelets, bacon, sausage, Fruits, Dry cereal, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, bread and coffee and juices.
The beds in the room are really comfortable I didn t want to leave. They have direct tv and if you forget a toothbrush, tooth paste or make up wipes they will give you one free of charge!
The pool was amazing! They have a hot tub and a pool which there is hardly anyone.
The staff is very friendly throughout the day! Which was very refreshing.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Trust me it won t disappoint!

This Holiday Inn exceeded my expectations (which were moderate). Nicely maintained on the outside; even more so on the interior. Above average breakfast.

Nice spacious room, well furnished and had a comfortable bed. Everything was in in good working order. Pleasant staff handled my check in politely.

Pet friendly ($20 fee) with a nice grassy dog area in back. Highly recommend.

Reasonable. Everything clean. room dark. beds wonderful. Staff friendly. Breakfast nothing special. At the rear you are very close to the main road. so ask a room at the front !! Only a swimming pool inside.

Worst Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in. A dog was barking from 9pm - 1am. I called the front desk and they said they couldn't do anything about it. They wouldn't move me rooms. After my third call, the front desk stopped picking up. The dog started barking again at 6am. Their to go breakfast was worse than gas station food.

I had a great experience, the staff was all extremely friendly, even the maintenance staff would say hi when I passed them in the hall. The room was clean and comfortable with a surprising number of amenities such as a larger than normal mini fridge, Keurig Coffeemaker, Microwave, Hairdryer, spacious bathroom, and even though I had no use for them there was even an iron and ironing board.

Only one week in to an extended stay and really enjoying my stay. Holiday Express is my go to hotel due to their breakfast, internet, and workout rooms and this one delivers all those great ammenities.

The problem was resolved.

Take pictures of everything before you leave this place. They charged us for a keurig machine that we supposedly stole. My husband and I don t even drink coffee. We will not be staying there ever again.

2nd visit in two years and they've rocked customer service both times! Breakfast is good, and they were able to meet double queen, pet friendly, close to pool room requirements. Plus they cater to kids excellently!

Very clean and friendly. However if you stay here ask for a room NOT facing tbr highway. Due to road construction you can hear trucks and cars driving over the safety ripples on the shoulder all night long. The 2nd issue was our bed. The center of the mattress was sunken in. It was a miserable night.

We had a great stay even though we got in at 11:30 pm. The beds were quite comfortable, room and bathroom was clean. Breakfast area wasn't packed and there were great options. Wish we had time to swim but maybe another time. Our family would stay again.
